There's a small merchandise area where they sell hoodies, T-shirts, and even a toy ice cream truck. I noticed they had a large selection of ice cream and really appreciated the assortment of cones available. The prices were a little higher than I expected, but the customer service was good. They also offer a BOGO sundae special on Tuesdays, which I definitely plan to take advantage of in the future. For such a nostalgic company, though, I do wish they had some seating so people could sit, talk, and enjoy their ice cream with family and friends. Overall, it's a fun stop for a sweet treat, but adding a small seating area would really make the experience feel more complete.

I went with the ice cream burger which comes with 4 kinds of ice cream so I did Cookie Monster, biscoff cheesecake, chunky monkey and I forget the last flavor but it's sandwiched between two waffle cone 'pattys' dipped in chocolate with sprinkles-it was huge and very tasty! My mom went with the ice cream nachos which was waffle cone 'chips' ice cream and she chose peanut butter sauce. This was just ok-the pb sauce tasted like skippy pb-it does not compare to Ralph's peanut butter sauce at all. There's no seating so we took it to go but the prices seemed ok for what we got.

The açaí bowls are delicious, and they offer a great variety of crepes with plenty of toppings to choose from. My favorite thing to get when I go is the froyo. They have so many flavor options, including low-calorie and sugar-free choices, so there's something for everyone. It's the perfect spot for a sweet treat and definitely one of my go to places!

The crêpe was pale, thick, and doughy, but the filling was tasty. I am a crêpe lover, having eaten my first one in its place of origin--Brittany, France--as a 17- year-old exchange student. No crêpe will ever beat my first! That one was a thin brownish pancake made from buckwheat flour and garnished with fresh-squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, powdered- and granulated sugar. I have never eaten one as good since then, and I have dined in fine French restaurants in NYC and abroad. Yo Go Wild has several small tables inside to sit down and eat, and the place is relatively clean. The service was quick and friendly, but I will not be back for their crêpes. I usually come here to buy their frozen yogurt. They taste fresh and come in a variety of flavors.

It was crowded, all the diners were happy and conversing with the staff. From babies to senior citizens, everyone seemed to be enjoying their meal and having a good experience. Service - 4/5 - went above whats needed. Ambiance - 4/5 - nice vibe and decorated nicely. Overall - 3/5 - ok spot. Service and ambiance were better than expected but food was sub par. Food was pretty lackluster even for a diner. Onion rings were ok, chicken tenders were like every other cheap restaurants. Ordered the Chinese pork roast sandwich and was a total disappointment. Also did not give extras like other diners do. Only saving grace was Banana Silver Dollar pancakes. Service did go above, water was always full, chef and waiter helped get us an order they don't normally do. They went above what was needed. Inside was decorated really nicely, felt very festive and upbeat. Was not expecting that. If food wasn't sub par, would definitely be worth a stop. We were a family of seven and all first timers. Overall, a solid first visit. Ice Palace is located in Oakdale. There is a small, free parking lot behind the building. There are some tables and chairs outside for customers to enjoy their ices. This spot is cash only, so come prepared. Service was cordial. We also encountered the man everyone in the reviews is talking about. He wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either. Right to the point of taking orders, filling them, and then handling the cash payments. No thank yous, you're welcome, or any other type of friendly chitchat or service talk. Serving sizes were generous, however, the prices did reflect the it. Ice Palace is definitely higher in price than other places. My husband and I tried the Lemon Line Ice and Peanut Butter Oreo. Both were plentiful, tasty, and refreshing. A perfect after-dinner treat. Ice Palace was a solid place to get some dessert after our meal. I wouldn't say we'd return everytime we're in the mood for ices, but if we found our way back to Oakdale, we'd consider it.

That may work at an old school Italian joint, but this is an ices place. There is just too much local competition to not treat your customers like they're valued. They'll go elsewhere. Ok, on to the rest. It has decent outside seating, but the parking is confusing and separated from the storefront. The selection is typical for an ices place, same stuff you'd see at a Ralph's. The prices are high. In terms of the actual ices, the scoops were pretty big and the flavors were good. No knocks on it there. That being said, I can get the same stuff five minutes down the road with a smile, so I'll take my business there.
