The gentleman behind the counter took our orders (he was the only person working) and went about Cold Stoning it. Maybe it's just my memory, but it seems that this phase used to be more involved and they used to take more time to make sure all your ingredients well blended. What I was rather taken back by was the price. My wife and I both got Like It sizes (ok, Small or in regular ice cream shop parlance, a single scoop). They were $7.29 EACH.
