All those nights tramping around the yard picking up after my three big dogs - one a Burnese Mountain Dog - and stepping on landmines right and left...it was no fun. They even agreed to pick up the rabbit poop in my yard (That my dog would otherwise eat ) for only a little more per week. Well worth it! Scoopy-Doo Poo removal is great. I have used their service for over 3 years. They always give me a courtesy text the day they are coming and usually 15-20 minutes before they arrive. I have never had any issues with them. They even come in the rain and snow. The woman in the office(sorry I forgot name) is very helpful too. She responds to my emails promptly. read more

Had the service and all seemed fine for a month, till yesterday. Supposedly they came to "scoop" my yard at 11:35am, could have fooled me! The entire yard was still covered in poop. I wrote an email asking what was up and why this happened. Whoever emailed me back told me that leaves cover poop and they cant be responsible for what they cant see. I don't have trees! Theres little to no leaves. None the less the giant piles left weren't exactly hidden. I called in to talk and asked for a refund for this week and to make sure I wasn't charged last week as they didn't come because of the holiday. I also asked to cancel my service, as I shouldn't have to complain to get a job done correctly. The lady on the phone didn't seem to appreciate my upset tone and looked to get me off the line. She didn't offer an apology and told me she'd talk to book keeping about a refund and then promptly got off the phone . I'll attach some pictures of what they deem "acceptable" work. Update; I have since been contacted and been offered apology. They have refunded the last two weeks of service and are sending someone over to clean what remains in my yard. They are trying which is enough to increase it to 2 stars. read more

This service is beyond overpriced and not accommodating of a special consideration. They were charging based on the amount of property I live on... Not the rock bed I have fenced off that is 4' x 6'. Should not be over $300 a month to pick up twice a week. I maintained it too and they couldn't accommodate making a pricing adjustment. Their loss!! I cancelled. Very poor way of doing business. And I bet sure as poop, they aren't paying the over 70 year old man who has this job, anywhere near their prices. Disgraceful!! Do not use them!! read more

Disappointed with their lack of transparency. On their website they show a set of prices but when I called for a quote, Lisa told me my 55-60lb dog fell into the "extra large" breed category and the price was significantly higher (most companies, including the AKC, define him as "medium"). On their website the price is $9 per week, and $2 extra for large breeds. My quote was $13 per week. I don't know anyone who would classify my dog as "extra large", and because they don't actually define what the size ranges are on their website, I'm sure they can change the definition as they see fit. From the other reviews I would guess their service is actually very good, but I won't be finding out. read more

If I could give a lower than 1 star I would. I have been using this service for a little less than a year. I have had several issues with the company since the first month. First it was billing issues, they had improperly entered information and kept insisting my card was no good. Next I started to notice that every time they would show up to my house beer would mysteriously go missing. To the point that all of the beer that was sitting outside my garage was gone. So one night before they came I had put a single beer by my back door. They showed up and the beer went missing. Both the secretary and owner were unbelievably rude about it and told me I was I liar and that they vet all their employees. To wich my response was I'm sure the people you are hiring to pick up dog excrement are the cream of the crop. The fact that they were drinking on the job doesn't bother me, if I was home I would offer the guy a beer but this is theft. The only reason I had even made mention of the beer is because I was being charged for this week and it was clear that no one had showed up they again called me a liar and insisted someone had been there, the thing is I was home all day in the garage while they were supposed to be there and anyone with a set of eyes could tell they had not . So I gave it two days figuring maybe they were behind due to weather. Well again the finger of blame was pointed at me, the owner could not have been any ruder if he tried. All winter the guy would drive up our driveway, check to see if we were going to come outside and then would drive off without picking up the poop. This is not a reliable company. They did not come to the property regularly even though we were paying for 2X's a week. When they did show up they were in and out of the property within 3-4 minutes leaving much of the property not tended to. My dog walker called them herself to complain because she said the property NEVER looked cleaned up. Finally we called them to cancel. We left a voicemail message and a text messages, as they requested. 2 months went by and they sent us an invoice for the months after we cancelled service. We had hired someone else to clean the property yet Scoopy Doo claims they were coming. They had not showed up for over 2 months and expected payment. Our worker has now signed an affidavit stating she has been cleaning property since January because Scoopy Doo never came. Lastly the owner of the company screamed and cursed at my husband on the phone when he explained why we informed our credit card company to deny future charges. Please do not use this company. They are not professional and definitely not honest. read more

I've been using Scoopy Doo for a little over a year now and for the past month I've had a problem with them not coming on a weekly basis. Now I understand that a Winter Policy is in effect for the months of January and February but it does not say that March is included. We obviously have had some snow in March and while I understand it's not physically possible to pick up poop when there is snow on the ground or there are harsh conditions, I was told that someone came to pick up poop last week (no snow) via email when I decided to contact the customer service representative through email. I responded by saying that this can't be true. They emailed me back, giving me a day and time when a worker was on my property, to which I replied that there was NO ONE on my property at that date and time given because I have surveillance cameras. I literally have proof. Their next response was that they would give me credit for the month of March but that they will no longer provide service and would not say why even after questioning. It seems that they make enough money to pay rent and lose customers when the customer has proof of a lie that is being told. It also seems that I'm not the only one this happens to based on other negative reviews. I think it's in people's best interest to use a different and better company that won't lie and try to justify their cleaners laziness. STAY AWAY! read more

Never EVER EVER again will I contact this company. There was a red flag with the attitude I received when I first called and was asking general questions about weekly pick-ups. They came on the scheduled day, and when my husband requested them to tell us when they were done, they said "Oh, we don't talk to you, we just come and do the work and leave." We were left with a door tag saying they removed 25 (TWENTY-FIVE!!!) gallons of dog waste from my tiny NHP land plot, and two 20 pound dogs (who, don't exclusively use the backyard, mind you. I walk them as well). I have been the one that cleans the yard for the years we have had the dogs and know how much output they produce. It is physically impossible for them to produce that much waste, even through the two months we didn't clean due to the snow. Then, when I called after the work was done, the owner IMMEDIATELY lit into me and said I was trying to scam them. For the record, 25 gallons of poop costs $120 plus tax. I have been using Scoopy Doo for over 2 years and could not be happier! Their customer service is top notch - always get either a quick and friendly reply to questions or special requests. My scooper Chris B. has been with us since we started and he is top notch! My dogs love him- which is a huge deal for us. He talks to them and even brings them little treats which they look forward to every week. The yard is always clean after he comes by - every bit of the yard! Plus Scoopy Doo is quick to comply with special requests. We were testing our yorkie for food allergies so we had to really restrict his diet for a while. We mentioned it to the office and Chris- and no problem! He stopped giving him those beloved treats. But what an a mazing guy- he felt bad and asked if we could leave some treats that the yorkie was allowed to eat somewhere so he could still welcome him with a treat each week! Why didn't I think about that?! I just signed back up for another six months with Scoopy Doo and I honestly cant see why I would ever discontinue service or ever think about looking elsewhere. read more

I called Scoopy Doo and spoke to Lisa, she was fantastic and send two scoopers over with-in a day & they had the whole yard cleaned up for us! The price that was quoted was more than fair & the two guys that came were really nice.
