My only concern was the fact that when after washing a dog, and the hair on the dog has medium or long hair there is gonna be some tangles here n there. I didn't get charged but I was definitely notified immediately when they were doing his hair and had a problem with a knot or two!!! They made me feel safe and made my pup enjoy his visit!!!!! I was skeptical of this place but quickly proven wrong. This place is amazing. They make it so easy to wash your best friend without getting super wet yourself. I came in with a foster dog that had just dirtied himself moments before. I was going to wash him when I got him but decided to check this place out. They have great space with a wash station that is almost completely automated. They also have special tools to help a scared pup, like ear muffs and dryer extensions that get under the coat. I had a experience with now your clan dropped off my dog and they told me that he would be done in an hour to an hour and a half 2 1/2 hours later they called me saying that he was ready iamb a working woman so I wasn't able to pick him up right that instant and asked if I could pick him up an hour and a half after they called me they got rude with me on the phone and told me they would be charging an extra $50 per hour that my dog was there when I went to pick up my dog there were no other dogs although the person in charge claimed there were tons of other dogs that were coming in these people are not timely and they do not communicate about their prices well . read more

We have take our dog here twice to be washed and groomed, and have had a good experience. Easy to book too and use too, we have dropped him off and picked him up an hour later. He doesn't love being washed but deals with it, and Uma has been great with him. We will definitely keep coming back. read more

I have been to a few self wash dog places in Pittsburgh and I was happy to find one near by my place in Manhattan. It is hands down the best dog wash place I have been to!! The owner is extremely helpful and their dog wash station is extremely easy to use. You just press buttons on a touch screen each time you are ready for the next step. She even offered peanut butter to be placed on the mat on the wall so Dooley could be distracted while I wash him. We will be back! read more

I'm sure you have excellent service. So I'm not going to review bomb you. However, as a resident that shares the same building. Your business has caused a lot of noise that continues to disrupt your neighbors (including myself). The parties thrown in the back space where my windows face -- are super loud. Also, often in the AM and throughout the day there is constant barking coming from the same area. I'm not one to complain often, but I work from home as many other may do as well. It's gotten to a point where I'm in meetings and there's constant barking. And my clients hear it!! I've heard people yelling down to your business begging for you to stop all the noise. Had our first wash today at the recommendation of a friend. It did not disappoint. I was able to get an appt 15 mins after we walked in and it was a good experience. The young woman at the front desk took her time explaining how to use the machine and came in twice to make sure we were okay. I usually go to petsmart for the self wash but they had piping issues so could not do it that Sunday. I looked on google and was in luck and found this place. Never knew it was so close. But it is pretty new. Very clean and cute boutique. I did make an appointment with someone new over the phone they made a mistake on overbooking. But call back as soon as they found out. It is a tiny bit pricery than petsmart. But it's closer and I was able to wash both my dogs at the same time in 40 mins because of the high water pressure. Normally I need about an hour for my 90lbs husky and 60 lbs husky mix she is usually quicker. But since the bath is large enough both are able to fit and get bathed and dried at the same time. I was worried I need more time so I booked for an hour for both but ended up not needing to do that. Since higher water pressure. Definitely recommend here. There's a small little area in the back for the dogs to run around a little bit while waiting for just to dry. read more

An amazing facility! So glad we took our foster dog here to get bathed instead of trying to do it at home. The lady who greeted us was so kind and helped us get our frightened pup into the bath after calming him down. Our dog looks and smells so clean. The bath is fancy with a ton of settings, like mist, hose, jet, shower, and can dispense water and shampoo at the same time, along with conditioner. The staff is always nice. Did the deshedding service, and it didn't seem to work that well but to be fair my dog shed's ALOT so might not be their fault. Love this place!!! We just adopted a new dog that loves to play rough in the dirt, pond, sand, etc and this has been the best find for us. The washing station makes bathing her incredibly easy and she's so much less stressed than being in our bath (she also comes out 100x cleaner). I have a very nervous rescue dog who really only trusts me. Now you're clean accommodated me and made sure I was able to wash my dog during my short lunch hour after he got too dirty at the dog park. When they first opened they were prompt and it was easy to get a bath. The last two times we've gone they opened late, website says 10am but they were not ready at 10 more like 10:10 or so which isn't cool as we book based on our schedule for the day and the second day someone was washing their dog at 10 even thought they open at 10 and our appointment was for 10, do they open earlier and it's not posted? So for the second time we had to wait for 20 minutes to get a wash which we simply don't understand. The bath machine is great the human service not so much, the 4 stars are for the equipment not the people. They need better service staff. read more
