If I could give no stars or negative stars I would…read more Well, these guys had a used side by side I was interested in and if that didn't work out price or finance wise (if APR sucked) I was going to shift to a new unit at a lesser trim. The sales guy EJ was nice enough and very easy to talk to and he knew my plan. It all went south when EJ asked me to sign a document to pull my credit. We hadn't talked about a purchase price yet so I said no...lets talk numbers first and agree to a price and THEN we run credit. The sales "manager" comes slithering over and sits down without looking at me, just looks at the paper in front of him and starts to talk without looking at me. He then slides the paper to me saying that I have to sign this to get a price and that I have to sign the privacy notice on the back. I again refused. He literally then said "how do I know you can get credit to buy it". Wow, umm ok. Maybe look at the intake sheet again slick...I've never had a slimy sales manager be so rude and it went downhill from there. I have bought Harleys, multiple cars of all levels and never ONCE in my entire life has credit been run before you decide on a price with a dealership and move forward with the financials. I started to gather my things and the "manager" said "don't leave, let me check with so and so" and off he slithered. He showed me the MSRP of the used side by side if it was new and then showed me another document stating that a used sxs with 1600 miles is $999 off NEW MSRP. What a complete clown. I simply asked what their best price was to move this sxs that day and he would never answer. He kept saying how much more do you want off and I kept saying give me your best price...he said he would not negotiate pricing without running my credit. Again, total clown statement and something a scammer dealership would do. For those that do not know, this is a pressure tactic and lets them shape the deal around the monthly payment, not the total purchase price. He knew that I knew he was full of it and started getting mad so I walked out shaking my head. Like I said, I was going to pivot to the new model and pay cash if I didn't like finance terms, but the slimy manager was such a rude jackass that I will never ever do business with this "dealership". The sales guy was very nice...the sales manager was slimy and sketchy and liked to tell me multiple times that he's been there 14 years. Now I see where the bad reviews are coming from...and feel bad for all the people he has ripped off over time. I called another dealership on my way home and told them what happened and they laughed at pulling credit before deciding on a sales price and are working to source the sxs I want. These guys will fleece you and waste your time. I drove 1.45 hours each way for them to waste my time with crappy sales pressure tactics. Nice try clowns. I'm so glad MR Motorcycle sucked so bad or I wouldn't have found the deal at Mountain Motorsports...prices marked down on their website and OTD price given in 10 minutes. DONE. Even with $600 shipping it's a great deal and shows you that not all dealers are scumbags and play games. Now I know where to go for a boat, which is next on the list. Good luck getting OTD pricing from the scammers at MR Motorcycle. I'll never ever go back and will tell everyone about my experience and send them to any Mountain Motorsports location or have them call Cliff or Brett in Gadsden...true professionals and they really knew their stuff. MR Motorcycle also single handily drove me away from the Kawasaki Teryx4 since the experience was so bad. MM installed a turn signal kit and horn, I am doling the other mods to make it road legal in NC. Drop dead MR Motorcycle.

When we have had issues which was inly once the bike still had manufatures warranty so it was covered. They have the most variety around and I always feel we get fair deal trading in and buying.

I purchased an 07 Suzuki gs500f from Bob (salesman) 4 months ago....the bike had around 4,900 miles…read moreon it. 10 minutes after I rode off the sales floor. The bike broke down near enka high school. I called the guys at 191 and they said they'd pick it up when they had time and check it out....after 2 weeks and 3 trips back and forth to 191s trusted motorcycle repair shop (west side scooter) they told me the problem was "fixed" it was a fuel system issue which prompted them to "clean the tank, carborator, lines and fuel filter." Or so they said. When I got my bike back it was still having the same problem just not as often. So I dealt with it. A month and a half later, my bike locks up on me in the fast lane near the weigh station between exit 44 candler and exit 37 east canton. I kept my bike on 2 wheels fortunately and didn't get ran over by the guy behind me....Again I call 191, because at this point t in time the bike was only at 7000 miles. Brian the owner of 191 Motorsports said he would try to help but he already fixed one problem for me. A day or 2 later he picks my bike up at its broken down location and takes it back to West side scooter to see what's going on....a week later o receive a phone call from 191 saying that there was "A cap full of oil in my bike". They also stated that there wasn't any leaks and that someone had drained the oil out of it.....I called my insurance agency Geico...they did a 2 month long investigation and found that there is no evidence of someone doing that and that I needed to call 191 back and see when they changed the oil....191 told me before the purchase they had changed the oil.....all I know is I didn't ride the bike 3000 miles before the bike blew it's engine...I had no reason to mess with the oil myself...I've only made 4 payments on this bike and have to make almost 2 more years of payments. I just want people to know that this is going on at Highway 191 Motorsports off brevard road....DO NOT PURCHASE BIKES FROM THEM!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! THIEVES!!!!! You will think you're getting a good deal but your only getting a bike that will blow up 2 months later!!!!
