It wasn't possible to get help or Exchange for anything because there is only one person doing orders and therefore a long line. So we left. I looked up and found that Matcha can be fishy when it is low quality or if it has oxidized. I sent an email to the Exchange that day and gave them the whole week to reply. Crickets! Nothing.
