Excellent here and they allowed me to pour my honey measure which I prefer. We both had very good Americano hot drinks.

My wife is addicted to the Caramelicious drink. However I wish the prices would be more consistent between kiosks.

Service was bad..our register operator was not friendly. I really do not think they add the shots of expresso in our coffee. This a typical drive through coffee shop. We will not come back. read more

Nobody had their hair up, nobody was in dress code and the girl who took my order couldn't speak and got it completely wrong. Wouldn't recommend over Dunkin' or Starbucks. I've tried at least 4 times for the State street location to redeem themselves but they never did. Not to mention I applied here and they said they would get back to me and never did plus were unprofessional. They're not polite and the drink tasted like dirty dish water with caramel on top. read more

The staff are so inattentive and the customer service is terrible, I was standing in the lobby for 10 minutes and they didn't take my order. I had to ask them twice to take my order!! They were being so rude and rolling their eyes, and one of the employees literally got in a fight right in front of the store. It is so dirty in there u can tell they never wipe down those counters and smells like rotten milk. That place was overall trashy and can tell their manager is lazy for not getting on their staff for their unacceptable behavior. read more

i stopped in to get a large coffee and i am a regular with scooters. i spent the ridiculous amount to get what seems like regular coffee blended with a crap ton of sugar and caramel flavoring in stead of expresso, tried to call but it's just an automated message saying it's going to take 1-2 days for them to get back to me. it really upsets me that the regular company i go to ruins my trust for this and if they didn't have expresso they could have said something but nothing was communicated. read more

My boyfriend and I enjoy trying new coffee places when we are our. We each got one of their blenders... The salted honey was delicious and he enjoyed his caramelicious. They were very creamy and had a great consistency. If I ordered again, I would have gotten an extra shot of espresso only because it wasn't quite strong enough for me. The Batistas were friendly and bubbly and offered suggestions when they found out I was a first timer. read more

I'm at the drive thru location which doesn't show up on Yelp, but one sip and I pulled over in the parking lot to write this review. I've been driving for 3 days and traveled almost 2,000 miles. Last night I slept in my car. I need coffee. I saw this place and decided to try a local joint. The first thing that struck me was how friendly the barista girl was. I thought she was a prerecorded greeting at first. She was helpful and patient in answering my questions. She got my order right and was cheerful and efficient. But the coffee...oh my. It is a robust, yet fairly smooth roast. It shines through the foofooey Turtle Latte I got. I did add an extra shot since I have about 500 more miles today. You can't go wrong at the drive thru location. Hope the coffee house is as good. read more

I enjoy scooters and stop at them all over the place but this one location is the worst scooters I have ever been to. There are two in grand island and this one never gets your order right, or doesn't make it correctly, or the workers are just rude. Sometimes all of those things in one visit. I have gone there several times hoping those experiences were just flukes that wouldn't happen again but this one location isn't even worth the stop. read more

I normally always prefer scooters over Starbucks and other places. Have went to this scooters on south locust 2 times now in the past month and each time the lattes I received were very plain tasting like the recipe wasn't right. I get the same thing every time and these last orders tasted really bad. Would have returned it but got home before I drank any of it both times. So.....there's a coffeehouse inside this drugstore. It's pretty cool. I had an iced tea. The chairs were nice and soft. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The WiFi was fast. The electrical outlets worked so I could charge my devices. And the ladies who worked that day were attractive. I would go back if I had a reason to ever come back to Grand Island again for whatever reason. Oh....it has a drive thru if you're into that. read more

Just kind of ehh for me. Went out of my way to get it per other reviews. Cold brew tasted like water and they had to make me americano. coffee just ok. I Don't like Starbucks between a Starbucks near freeway or Scooters I'll got to ugh Starbucks. read more

We were visiting from Washington (moving here next year possibly) where drive through coffee shops are on almost every corner. As we arrived at Scooter's we saw their menu and were deciding what to get since we assumed you couldn't order whatever you really wanted like we could back home. We asked what something was on the menu and the employee was extremely disrespectful and acted like we were stupid for not knowing. I then ordered a medium strawberry coconut vertigo (redbull) and there was a long pause. Then she finally responded "you can only have strawberry". So we said that was fine and then ordered a white mocha. She then asked if we still wanted the small vertigo and we reminded her it was a medium and she actually sighed over the telecom. We we got to the window we were not greeted she told us the total ad took our card and closed the window. Back home, they keep the window open at all times and ask us how our day was , actually have real customer service. The drinks were fine. A little spendy. Looks like we will know not to return here. read more
