I went to the dmv and could not register the car. I waited three hours with my toddler and missed work for them to tell me that Chris Francois never registered the car so he can't sell it. Great. after hours of trying I finally get ahold of him. He sends me to a sketchy business to get it registered. Got the plates. Now the car won't work. I take to a mechanic. It needs 3000 in work. That's what I paid for the car. Omg. I don't have that. I used my last money buying the car and registering it. He told me no mechanical issues. Why did he lie? I messaged him and asked for at least 1000 back because that is the bare minimum I need to put in to get it running. NO RESPONSE. OF COURSE. He Is a crook. Do not give his business money. Despite answering her questions about my service dog, she repeatedly confronted me, got in my face, and yelled about my 10 lb service animal. As someone with PTSD this triggered an anxiety attack. Her behavior was unacceptable and discriminatory. I urge you to address this manager's actions and provide your staff training on service animal polices. Sadly, we will not be shopping here again.
