This little coffee shop is an absolute gem. I stopped in this morning, only planning to purchase a small iced chai. I ended up leaving with a Tiramisu flavored chai, a cinnamon roll, a croissant breakfast sandwich, and a ham and cheese scone. Everything was perfection. Service was excellent, and very fast. Came in on my way to work. Let me just say I am stoked! I am from CA and I frequented all the small business coffee shops. I now live in St. Augustine but I work out here in Palatka and I google searched this morning coffee shops near me on my way to work and Palatka Coffee was the first to pop up. Hence it is less than 2min from the office. I came in and was welcomed! It was so refreshing, I asked what was a popular drink the young girl who took my order said the Honey Badger (it's morning time, my name of drink may be wrong) sorry* . Stopped by on my way to St. Augustine, the staff were very nice and the coffee was delicious. My boyfriend said the ice coffee was better than the one we had in our last stop. My sister-in-law introduced my wife to this coffee place. She lives about 30 mins. away, but stopped here for coffee when running errands. Anyway, my wife and I moved here about a year ago. Since she had it before, she got me what I thought I'd like. I thoroughly enjoyed the Honey Badger and Four Winds. The coffee was so delicious! The ratios of milk and other flavors is amazing. They have pastries, as well, which are very, very tasty. I end this by saying, however, that I recently discovered the Samoa. I may be a bit exaggerated, but it is the best thing ever. Man making the coffee was nice. Staff was not wearing masks till they saw customers coming towards the store, then one put on his mask & the other put in her shield, but no mask. This coffee shop strangely shares the space with a hair salon, located in a strip mall type area. However, the coffee was really good and the ham scone was delicious. We stopped at Palatka Coffee on our way from Tampa to St. Augustine. Ultimately had to use a bathroom but figured we should get some coffee and refill the bladder as quickly as possible in one stop. This is a little whole in the wall place that serves up great coffee drinks! I stopped by to do some work while visiting the area for hiking. The gentleman helping me was super friendly and made me a delicious latte with oat milk! I really appreciated that they offered oat milk because it's so much better than almond or coconut milk when you're wanting a rich and creamy non-dairy latte. The wifi was strong, the place was clean, and it was a good little spot to work for a bit. I'll definitely go back, hopefully earlier next time so I can try a pastry and another drink. read more

Great coffee option in Palatka. The staff is very friendly and seemed to know everyone who came in by name. It is a little hard to find as it is tucked away in a small plaza next to a physical therapy place, but don't be deterred, the coffee is excellent. I also bought a bag of coffee beans for home. My order is simple, black coffee, but the staff was busy behind the counter making all of the usual drinks & they have cold brew. read more

I recently stayed near Palatka, Florida to help take care of my Mom for a few weeks after she broke her elbow. I discovered this coffee shop while running errands for my Mom. I tried the Honey Badger, The Samoa, green tea, and The Black Eye during several "coffee runs" over the several days I was there. This place is fantastic! The baristas are friendly, offer suggestions, and take the time to treat each customer as if they were the only customer. I will be back the next time I am in the area.
