I thought it was interesting as it is shares a building with a beauty salon named "Frankies," but that business is separate. We both already had coffee earlier in the day, and wanted to try something different, so we opted for the Chai tea latte. To our surprise the chai latte was very tasty, and not too sweet, which sometimes happens when you are getting these sort of drinks in new places. I had expected during our first fifteen minutes here to leave a higher review and would have posted more stars, but I found the service here very unprofessional and inappropriate. At first my impression was that the young gentleman who attended us was accommodating and helpful with suggestions. By his friendliness I thought the rest of the visit would be pleasant. He was accompanied by two other female employees, whom my husband and I debated whether or not the girls were teens or not by their behavior. Hence, the inappropriate experience commenced. What we witnessed were the two young ladies being very flirtatious toward the young man, whom I had assumed was presumably the person in charge. Their behavior turned obnoxious and loud, and if the man was supposed to be in charge, he failed to curtail the young girl's behavior. I dismissed the loud behavior at first, but then I witnessed all three of them bend down and go beneath the counter, giggling loudly, and presumably were showing parts of themselves (I believe tattoos from the words exchanged). When they came back up, the young man asked one of the girls whether or not she had been embarrassed with "getting it" whatever "it" was, and I assume this was a tattoo. They went down behind the counter later and at some point all three of them went to the back room for a while. No one was at the counter for a while. I had no idea what to make of the behavior going on, and my husband and I felt very uncomfortable, feeling like we should ask them if they wanted privacy we could leave. This undoubtably felt like we were on candid camera for one on those shows, "What Would You Do?" Yes, I expected to see Don Quinones walk out and ask us why we hadn't asked for a manager? LOL Later, again while the three young employees were down behind the counter, and more customers came in, a lady asked if she had been disrupting something? This all indicated to me that no one was in charge, and not the way that I would think a business owner would want things ran.

I had my family with me and a lot of the locals stopped by to chat especially to say hi to all my girls- it was so sweet! We were there on a random Friday, and it surprisingly wasn't busy, but I could see it getting crowded on a Saturday morning! It seems like they had a lot of seating though. It was hard to pick what to eat, but I ended up with a classic breakfast and it didn't disappoint! Definitely wouldn't mind stopping by again if I'm in town!

First of all, it should be noted that this is a super popular local spot in Louisburg so be prepared to wait if you roll in on a weekend morning. When we arrived we had to wait a bit but it wasn't bad as the place is bigger than it seems. Once seated we were treated to what I'd describe as homemade comfort food. Miss B's feels very much like small town cafes that I visited around Kansas when I was travelling and working for the state. What stands out here is the friendliness of the staff, especially since we weren't locals, and the variety of food on the menu. Overall this is a great spot to visit if you are in the area. Food is good, folks are friendly, and it gets you into town to explore Louisburg a bit. I'd recommend this place for breakfast or lunch as it's very casual, and the atmosphere definitely lends itself much more to earlier meal times.
