He's isn't a "back cracker" as many chiropractors are but rather focuses on short term visits to solve acute problems. The type of therapy he performs is ART which helps "release" the pain and start the healing process. I don't visit him often, but when I've injured myself at the gym or due to some external event such as a car accident I'm feeling better soon. He focuses on each patient with as much time as needed so, be warned, he tends to run late. I always call ahead to find out how late he is and they are always understanding.

When Genesis took…read moreover from LAC, I was appalled at how they treated the LAC workers and eventually was able to seemingly push most of them out by offering less than inadequate contracts. Unfortunately, the best trainers in town left the gym, and Genesis now employs far inferior, corporate-controlled trainers and cold, impersonal front desk personnel. They all look good in their preppy Genesis polo shirts, so I guess that's what counts. Unfortunate! So I decided to take a look at Athletic Strength Institute. I would encourage everyone who belongs to Genesis to drop your membership and come check out ASI. The owner makes you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable, motivating, and plans individual workouts to fit each of his client's needs. It may not be the biggest gym in town in terms of square footage, but it is the best in terms of what really counts... results.

I said m&ms because I love them and eat them everyday and night. He looked at me as said "No wonder you look like that". In my defense, I am 5'1" and 110# and work out consistently. Needless to say my female body image complex kicked in, and I worried about my physical presence for some time. That was a comment I didn't need to hear nor was it called for. I won't be back.
