I love these small, drive-thru coffee shops! My go-to is the turtle latte with oat milk and oatmeal. I love that the fruit and nuts in the oatmeal come in small packets so I can skip one or both if I choose. The Scooters locations are fast and the item quality is spot on. read more

Unbelievable, I can't use the app because I have to create a whole new email address just to use scooters app. I can't get my points cuz I can't get on the app. I can't buy my coffee beans in house anymore because you sell them on the app which I can't get onto. I'm a very very loyal customer, drink two to three scooters a day at $7 a drink, have a 500 out of 500 coffee status with scooters. I am officially done with scooters at the stores and coffee beans. This is ridiculous it should not take this much work to get a coffee. This goes to all scooters. Your apps sucks. You've lost a very good customer and everyone I tell. Went here because I love their iced chai lattes the spices in there are amazing. Plus I just went to Dunkin' Donuts and they're iced chai latte was not good so I figured I'll just stop and get scooters ice chai latte I won't regret it. I was wrong. Ordered a medium iced chai l latte. I got it, lid wasn't on all the way so spilled some, cleaned it up so I decided not to drink until I got home. That was a mistake because they gave me the wrong order they gave me some thing with coffee in it and I don't drink coffee. Neither place that I went to this morning were busy however, both screwed it up orders. Wasted $5. Not this first time they have gotten the order wrong, won't be back. read more

I was actually going to just get a nice big ice water on my way to work, but then noticed a current promotion happening at Scooters. Given the June heat, anything derived from the word "refreshment" sells! So I decided to try the iced Shaken Refresher. I opted for the Citrus Mint but they also have a strawberry acai flavor. Another option is lemonade vs mixed with tea. I ordered the iced tea and it's absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and offers a caffeine pick-me-up with the green coffee extract. I'm a fan now, I'll definitely try the other flavor next time I stop by. read more

My daughter who spends most of her paycheck at Scooter's ordered her usual drink.. I tell ya.. It is a iced caramelicous something.. the guy repeated the order back to her and she confirmed it. It comes out hot and she tells the gal it is not right and that was not she order. The gal said YES it was what you ordered and she was to pay an up charge for the drink. My daughter ended up telling her to keep the drink and making her pay for nothing. My daughter paid the 5.00 plus again w/ NO DRINK I usually don't want to make a post based on other people but my Golly .. you pay a lot for drinks at Scooters anyway. To have someone not try and make it right and have attitude? Where is the Customer Service? Maybe she needs to seek and stick w/ the competitor.. I also advised my daughter to call and speak w/ a Manager. I would hope this is an isolated incident read more

I like the redbull smoothies, hot and cold white mochas, and tbh the espresso is just amazing for a franchise joint. Sometimes I feel my drink isn't mixed enough or the espresso is burnt, but love the people here! The burritos are a great snack too. read more

I've lived in Wichita for almost 2 years and finally drove to Scooters. What have I been missing out on!! The girls were super nice and recommended the caramelicious. I also got a cinnamon roll. OMG! My drink & cinnamon roll didn't even last 5 minutes. The frosting/icing on the cinnamon roll was cream cheese flavoured and just melted in my mouth. I can't believe I didn t go here earlier in life. I'll definitely become a regular. I think I'm going to gain all the weight I just lost....well worth the yumminess. read more

Excellent coffee! Fast and fresh each time. There was only one time I went there and they did not have the coffee I wanted brewed. So they apologized and quickly made some, and said I should never have to wait, they gave it to me at no charge (even though I only waited about 2 minutes!) When I have my little one with me, they alway have a sucker for her. Little touches like that are nice! read more

Great coffee and the staff is always friendly! My only complaint is that I wish they were a tad bit faster.
