Tried the new limited edition items. The red velvet cake bite was incredible. Crunchy outside and such a moist cake center. Only wish they came in a 2-pack. Sharing was not an option. The Chocolate strawberry mocha was just ok. You get both flavors, but the strawberry is very muted. Kind of wish they had real pieces in it. The service was great. They were nice and didn't rush us when ordering. It is just a drive thru, but it seemed very clean and had plenty of decor for their themes. read more

Wanted a iced chai tea and swung by Scooter's because I know they would be quick. The person helping me nice and efficient, I was through the drive through in less than 6 minutes. The tea itself was way too syrupy and sweet, I could end up drinking the whole thing. In my opinion, the drink was over priced for what I got and most likely won't choose this spot the next time I want the same drink. read more

My son and I grabbed drinks quickly once afternoon. The employees were very friendly and quick to make our drinks. The baristas at this location are just the sweetest. Who doesn't get a little excited when someone takes time to compliment you. I frequent the drive through here and often get a nice little boost from the ladies behind the window while they perfect my flavor of the day order. I pulled up and it took so long for them to answer I contemplated if they were even open. Mind you ik there are two sides to I did take into consideration that maybe someone was on the other window. So I waited she opens the door I ordered and the whole time I can see her go-worker glaring in the back like I'm a nuisance at her job she applied for. Anyways I get my first drink which tasted almost like a cleaning solution and I ask for a fork( needed one for food) and the lady who was previously glaring at me opened the window to give me my second drink and as I ask for the fork she rolls her eyes walks in the back I can hear her say something to her co-worker about me then hands me the fork and I say thank you because I know we all have our days and she looks at me tells (yells)have a nice day insinuating she wants me to leave and stares at me.i was just saying thank you. I go to any nearest scooters' for convenience but next time I'm over here in this part of Omaha I will not be going to this one. read more

I was hoping to be greeted when I pulled up to the window. But the girl working did not greet me, not even a smile. I asked for a fruit and ice drink and she immediately huffed and rolled her eyes. She said she would not make me one because she had just cleaned her blenders. She also didn't give me any other options on something refreshing. Scooters is a hometown favorite of mine and always my preferred choice of coffee. I would highly recommend the Scooters Carmelicious if you are interested in a semi sweet drink. I also love the flavor of the day coffee that Scooters provides. This location in particular has plenty of seating if you want to meet with a small group, complete work or homework or just sit down with a good book. I also appreciate the various types of breads, muffins, breakfast sandwiches and more. I would highly recommend the blueberry muffin or the lemon loaf if you are interested in a pastry. The breakfast sandwich (bacon) is delightful and refreshing. This store has some parking but not a lot so be prepared to carpool with the group you are meeting with. Order at the counter and relax with a fabulous cup of your custom coffee. read more

I got here every friday and Tuesday morning I get drinks and pay for extra shots of expresso. I'm a medium drink ( peanut butter power drink ) you can tell when they don't put expresso into it it's very noticeable maybe once or twice is a mistake but not every time I go there other loctions never have a problem they are lazy and don't but time into your drink half while it's watered down read more

Every once in awhile I am lucky enough to stop by this scooter's. It's a two way drive way so they can be busy at times. Each time I've gone here they've gotten my order right, so that's a big plus! The hours they are open are convenient and the location, near Marshall's and Gloria Deo, makes it easy to stop in before or after a shopping trip! read more

They're couple of Scooter's closer to me, but I'm always willing drive a little farther to this location because of the consistency of their drinks at this location! This is a yogurt review only. I am addicted to both coffee and froyo, so when a Scooters opened a coffee and froyo location super close to my home, I had high hopes. Popped in Saturday afternoon to check out the froyo situation - utter disappointment. While the yogurt itself wasn't bad (blueberry tart, coconut and mango were all pretty good), I was turned off by the chopped fruit (strawberries were way past OK for human consumption, raspberries were moldy) and the service was a bit apathetic (ummm...if you don't want to give me a spoon, just put them out so folks can help themselves). While I won't be popping into this location to feed my frozen yogurt addiction anytime soon, I will still pop by the uber-friendly drive-thur Scooters (84th & Center) occasionally for coffee. read more

I love scooters... Just not this location, when I ordered my drink I ordered a small kit Kat espresso blend with an extra shot with whip. I waited quite a long time to get my drink, while I was waiting there I could see them standing there doing nothing, talking to each other I could almost practically hear them yelling outside from my car and then its like they forget they're making a drink and when I finally got it, and it was not what I ordered. I told her this is wrong and she fixed it. I'm sure I'll be back to scooters, just maybe not this location. read more

I normally have great service and I go out of my way to get Scooters coffee even though it's not hard to do but this review is being very disappointed. Super Bowl Sunday I was heading to Lincoln from North Omaha so I looked up to see what coffee places were open on Sunday after 6 am and 2 locations popped up. So I saw this location hours were stated open at 6am so I skipped the other. At 625 am I took the exit to center street headed east to find it wasn't open. This was so disappointing and very misleading I ended up going to work without it. I managed like I always do but to advertise not only on Facebook but on the official scooters location page and here that it opens at 6 am daily is obviously a lie. So for those that work early call ahead or don't waste your time.. I will go back but for a while I'll go to another location that don't lie and disappoint. read more

Slow service much of the time. I've had a few orders messed up. Coffee is okay, but nothing exceptional.

This one is located in Rockbrook Village. The drive thru isnt obvious at first and is a tight squeeze. Go slowly and you'll be fine. They also have an eat-in area and serve breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal. I'm not a coffee or hot tea drinker, but I do love their smoothies. And the pumpkin bread is wonderful. The banana bread is a bit wonky with chocolate chips in it. Not a favorite. read more

This Scooters is fantastic! I was greeted when I came in the door, and the cashier was so sweet. She told me she loved my hair and my outfit! The service at this location is incredibly frustrating. Mistakes can happen in this industry and for a while I chalked it up to forgivable human error. Then it was, "Oh my gosh, they are still screwing up my order." 90 seconds later - I forget about it and move on with my day. Now we have come to this. I am taking time out of my not so busy Friday afternoon to create a Yelp account to write a review. I can say with 100% confidence my order has been screwed up 10+ times the last 90 days. Whether or not Scooters has screwed up my order is literally a talking point with my spouse. I never stray from my order. Coffee. Splenda. Cream. Simple order right? On multiple occasions I've been served the wrong sized cup, and either no splenda, no cream, or no splenda and no cream. I've also been charged for different orders multiple times. Usually they are pretty good about making the breakfast burritos, but they have forgotten to make those too on one occasion. The workers seem to work genuinely hard but their execution needs work. I also question their training because the errors they make come from a lack of structure and seem very correctable (I have not decided whether this is an employee or management problem). I think their drive through service would benefit greatly from the following: write down the order or have it pulled up on the computer. You cannot solely rely on your memory and expect to get 90-99% of your orders correct. Sorry for the long rant. I feel better now. read more
