From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of. The front desk staff was welcoming and organized, the play area host kept everything fun and on schedule, and the dining room helper was attentive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. Every member of the team contributed to making the day stress-free and enjoyable. The pizza was a great size for the group and tasted much better than expected for a party venue. My family and I recently attended a birthday party at Scooters and my kids had an absolute blast. Their smiles and giggles alone were enough to make me want to write a review for Scooters. The service was very good, staff very attentive, streamlined process for everyone and everything. Not to mention very clean. Later that same day I had realized I lost two hundred dollar bills somewhere and I was at dinner with an empty wallet. I went I to full panic and almost wrote it off because I had little faith I would find it. For the heck of it, I called scooters to see if maybe I dropped it there and the staff said they'd look around and call me back. I got a call back wayyyyyyy after hours for the establishment telling me they found it and that they'd hold it for me as long as I needed. They even opened the doors for me after hours to give it back. Scooters jungle is not only an amazing place for children but also tended to by people who care about their relationships with their patrons. We just had our 4 year old's birthday party there and it was fantastic! To say the kids had a blast is an understatement. Alejandro was our guide for the party and he was on it and so very helpful. I think that's the best word I can use: helpful. Everyone on staff was so helpful and when you're a tired parent, you need all the help you can get. What we especially loved was they handle everything for you - food, drinks, decorations, even down to cutting the cake and plating. Having the logistics of throwing a party be handled by Scooter's Jungle was, again, so immensely helpful. We had an AMAZING birthday party hosted by Scooters. Everything from booking through execution was so easy. Pizza was delicious as well! The staff Jonathan up front, Adrian in the room and Wyatt in the party room were all top notch! The kids loved the games Adrian helped set up, Jonathan helped unload my car with all of the food and decorations and he also labeled all of the gifts so they were easy to see who they were from when we got home. Wyatt did a great job with the food, setting out decorations and making sure every kid was taken care of with pizza and cake! We had 50 people total between kids and adults and it was a breeze. This place is under new ownership. The rooms are dirty, the floors are not clean and vacuumed. The owners are just sitting around with their family watching the game and not tending to bathrooms or rooms that are dirty. One of the rooms for open play is hot and being "cooled" by a small fan. The rooms smell musty. The owners said they hired their wives to cut costs and no longer have their awesome managers working here. read more

If you want to celebrate without stressing about cleanup, this is the place. You bring your own decorations and food, and while the kids play, the staff sets up a party room and decorates it beautifully. I believe you get about 2 hours of playtime and an hour for food. The best part? After you eat, you literally just grab your things and go--no cleaning at all. Anything you have left over, plus your decorations, they bring straight to your car. Came here for my nephew's birthday. Didn't know about this place beforehand and didn't know what to expect. We were in the jr area and it was such a great experience. Everything is thought of; from the check in and gift check in, host that organizes games for the kiddos, music playing, and the party set up. Really appreciated that the place didn't smell funky like other play places and everything was very clean. First, the employees were amazing. Nothing about the service was wrong. The place just felt dirty. I recently had my daughter's birthday here and it just felt dirty. There were toys there that had filth and did not work. After the play area, we were taken to a room for pizza and cake, which felt like the hottest room. People who were not playing were sweating. The pizza has to be from them and it tastes like cardboard cheese and pepperoni pizza. I'm most likely never coming back but the people there were very nice and helpful. read more

What I witnessed here was truly heartbreaking. A young girl went under a table and it collapsed on her--and it turned out the table was already broken. Instead of showing concern or offering any help, the manager coldly stated it wasn't their fault because "everyone signs a waiver." This response was not only inhumane, it was deeply unprofessional. There was zero empathy for the child or her family. I will never support this business again. Parents, please be aware--this could happen to your child. We had a wonderful experience here for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The staff were very professional and friendly, and everything happened very efficiently. My daughter and her friends (and several parents) had so much fun in the Village Arena and it was so nice as the host to have everything taken care of for us, we didn't have to do anything other than bring the cake and party favors. The staff took over everything from unloading supplies from our car, setting up and cleaning up the eating space, to serving the kids their food to packing everything up and loading it back into our car. We came here for our neighbor's birthday party and, for the most part, had a great time. We have absolutely no complaints about the bounce/play area. It was large, and had tons of different options that could accommodate both toddlers (our youngest was 1.5 years) all the way up to teenagers (though our 7 year old had fun on the 'scarier' slides no problem). It's even well accommodated for parents who need/want to accommodate their kids on some of the blow up play areas. Now, for the downsides. I have 2 really. First is the parking. It's really small. I'm sure on weekdays it's very easy to find parking, but with our party being in the afternoon on a Saturday, and there being several other parties going on that day, it was tough to find a place. We found the very last spot and it was in the far far corner of the shared parking lot. Other people, on the other hand, I saw go back and forth several times hoping something would come up. Plan accordingly & if you're booking a party, try to get a morning slot so your guests can find better parking options. The second is the bathrooms. From what I could see, there was only two single use bathrooms for all the party rooms. That meant lines of people waiting to use the restrooms. And if you have small kids, you know how they aren't the best at holding it in. I saw several parents who were scrambling to try & get their kids in as quickly as the could, only to find they were going to have to wait their turn. But, I would still call those somewhat 'minor' negatives. In all, our 1.5, 4, & 7 year olds all had a blast. And I looked like everyone else there did too. Scooter's is a great place to bring the whole family to let off some energy. read more

Over the weekend my daughters friend from school had a birthday party at Scooter Jungle - when you walk in they make you fill out a waiver with your child's name and age - if you have a gift they take it and put them all together so the parent don't have to deal with keeping them together ( super convenient) We were in the "Monkey Room" - That also offer other rooms to book - it was super cute - they had 4 big bounce houses - and room with a virtual game room that allowed kids too play virtual game on the floor a ping pong table a zip line which the kids loved - The staff allowed the birthday girl to pick a few games that which they played with the kids - my daughter had so much fun After 2 hour of play time we went into the eating area which the server pizza and fruit along with different drink choose - water, pink lemonade,Coke, sprite - the staff was very friendly they served all the kids the pizza of there choice - we sang happy birthday - the staff sliced the cake and distributed it to everyone They had a lot of parking space - 10/10 - great for a kids party read more

Our party host/staff member, Lucy, was an incredible help today! This is our second time having a party at SJ and we are thankful for their party expertise in setting up with us, hosting the party and cleanup. As a parent, it's great to have someone else watching the clock to keep things moving along. They took care of the food, gifts (even numbering them for thank yous) music and gathering kids to transition them between activities. The kids (and adults) always have a lot of fun and the kids never want to leave! Well worth the investment! For us, the Jr Arena is the room to be in so that kids have unlimited playtime, can eat, and then head back to play. Kids and adults have access to a toddler play area, giant slide, inflatable obstacle course, zip line table hockey and ping pong table. Great for all ages. Had my daughter's birthday party here last December. The venue was great, food was fine. Service was 7/10 and I say that because I worked at a similar establishment in my early 20's & I know it can be a handful taking care of large parties. Our server was nice but not as attentive as I would've liked. Considering the cost to have a party here I just would've appreciated a little bit more attentiveness overall & more transparency- a lot of the time I found myself looking for staff to ask questions and multiple girls working there just had an attitude and seemed bothered to help. The main reason why I wanted to write this review as well was I noticed when the girl who checked us out at the end of the party (who also had an attitude the whole time) ended up adding extra money for a tip that I didn't authorize on my credit card. When I was paying the balance she asked me if I would like to leave a tip to which I responded I left a tip in cash with the server, she said okay great. After we left I realized she still processed an extra $20 on my credit card as a tip for the server; and it's not about the money it's about the principal. I then emailed Scooter's jungle in the following days asking to please be contacted by a manager, and no one ever reached out. I tried calling as well and was never able to get through to a manager! So although we had a fun experience over all I just really really didn't appreciate that whole tip situation along with the unnecessary attitude from multiple staff members (mainly the girl checking us out). Overall fun place, staff could be a trained in customer service and lot more effectively. read more
