Really good place to take the kids if you live local. Especially during the week if you have little ones who need to burn energy. It's great when it's not crowded. I've not been when it's busy. The food is good as well, I like ordering their hot wings over going to Wingstop. The sauce they use is fire and the wings double fried. I also appreciate they hire local teenagers, it's a great place for a first job experience. I will say, I was there one day though and noticed one young lady working the register while a line had formed. She was the only person actually working. She was taking orders and fulfilling them and I was irritated because there were other staff around. 3 at the bar, 2 at the prize desk and I'd seen a couple people come out the kitchen. When someone finally came and opened the second register i definitely said something. The line shouldn't be held up with customers while there are employees hanging out talking all around and one person working. Teens will be teens though if a Manager is not on top of them. But they all were super respectful and kind, good job overall guys! read more

The GoKarting was a lot of fun here!!! I like that the lap had a variety of turns and weren't just a circle. I wasn't a fan of how the helmet smelled though and of how the smoke smelled from the GoKarts. It was my first time trying it out so I don't know if that's normally how it is. I also didn't get to try the batting cages because they were closed 15 minutes before midnight, even though they advertised this spot closing at midnight. The Laser Tag activity was a pretty big space and I didn't find it stuffy at all, which was good. The VR next to the Laser Tag though was stuffy but at least there was an overhead fan. I personally don't trust how well they clean and disinfect the head masks, that's why I didn't try it. The arcade area was pretty limited in terms of games but they're always a good activity to do as an alternative from the other activities that have lines. Didn't get to try the mini-golf or the "bowling" area due to time. I like the outdoor patio and the ambiance of the string lights when you want to get some fresh air. Lots of families seated wherever they wanted and kids had a lot of stuff to play around with. Looking to see how this spot will compete with Round1 opening up soon in the mall. The water cup station is super handy, but they didn't want to refill the waters near the end of the night and the cups also, so we had to ask at the bar. I like that there's a good amount of staffing here who were all working hard. There's a few bathrooms spread out in the place. Parking is big in the back, just gets pretty dark. read more

Mom, dad and son. He has no friends, and he sees the other kids having fun but we have to turn back. I doubt M2B cares though. read more

Or just 1/2 n 1/2? Vanilla? Hazelnut?' Aha! Options! LOVE IT! Thanks, Jason! And my chicken club sandwich? Well, when you hold the lettuce, tomato & bun, then rest that beautiful stack of chicken, provolone cheese & bacon on TOP of your side of fries, mmmmmmm...it doesn't get much better. Hubs goes back and forth btwn A) the "Street Hot Dog", which he gets as a Frank wrapped w/bacon(hold ALL toppings), but add a slice of cheese and B) 10" personal pizza with ham and cheese only. Both satisfy his bar food desires, and we appreciate that we can customize our orders. Staff at MB2 are consistently friendly and efficient. There's plenty of free parking, loads of seating inside and out, lots of family games/activities to enjoy and THRIFTY ICE CREAM! The only concern I have is the ladies restroom has been w/o hot water for awhile now, or maybe just coincidence that the couple times I've used it in the last few months this has been the case. Went to MB2 today with our 8 year old grandson and had great time. Unfortunately, somewhere along the line, he misplaced his prescription glasses. We back tracked but no luck. The manager, James, took our name and phone number, just in case they were turned in. Before getting out of the parking lot James called us and said they had been found. Even before losing the glasses, the entire staff, especially for their young ages, were very polite and professional. Thank you again, James. read more

MB2 was a good time. You walk in and you definitely feel the positive fun vibes throughout the place. But I did have a couple issues with things at MB2 that kept me from giving it 5 stars. My first complaint was the music playing. Nothing wrong with country music. I enjoy a little country every now and then. But ONLY COUNTRY MUSIC??? Why not a variety of music for everyone. I was here at least 3 hours. And the entire time they only played country music. Got really annoying after a while. Don't understand why that would need to be the only genre played. My next issue was the whole "face sock" thing for the go karts. Everything is expensive enough. Why are we forced to OVERPAY for a face sock? They charge roughly $4 and don't even really tell you until you swipe your card. I get wanting to make a profit but this is just greed. The face socks should be free with the go karts. No need to charge us. And the last issue was the whole "showing the waiver" to the attendants. There should be a different waiver system. It holds up the lines at time because people got in line for attractions and didn't have a waiver signed. Ended up making us wait for an extra 10 minutes I had a good time but a few changes will make this a 5 star place in my opinion read more

We had the best time here! Our server was FANTASTIC. I wish I could remember his name. We had a big party, and he took great care of us. The food was really good. The games were awesome. The place was huge and had so many unique activities for us. Bunny was our rep ahead of time and helped us reserve a room for our party. I took my family to MB2 for my son's 8th birthday, and honestly, I left with mixed feelings. We loaded $200 onto a game card, and I was shocked at how quickly the money disappeared. For a family outing, the prices add up fast. The mini golf course was actually really cool, and we all had a great time playing it. Laser tag was also a lot of fun and ended up being one of the highlights of the day. Unfortunately, the arcade was a huge disappointment. Around seven different machines either didn't work properly or took our credits without letting us play. I had to go to the manager twice to have credits refunded, which was frustrating and shouldn't happen that often. We also rode the go-karts. The wait times weren't bad, but the karts themselves have definitely seen better days. Some were noticeably slower than others, and a few had steering issues that made the experience less enjoyable. For how new this place is, it already feels pretty run down. We looked into axe throwing as well, but the pricing seemed way too high. We ended up skipping the food altogether because everything was already so expensive. If you have $400 or more to spend on a family outing, you might enjoy everything MB2 has to offer. But if you're trying to stay on a budget, I'd honestly think twice before going. read more

I've only ever known MB2 as an indoor go kart location so when I heard this location was a one stop shop for all sorts of indoor and outdoor family activities, I was really excited to check things out. This location has 1 go kart track with both solo & tandem karts, a mini mini golf course, bumper boats, batting cages, VR, laser tag, mini bowling, arcade, and an eating area. Like I said, it really is a place that is going to offer some sort of activity for everyone. While my son & his friends had an absolute blast running around, and the adults enjoyed the misters out in the patio area, once you went inside, you could see there were a few things that were rough around the edges. In the arcade, a ton of the games were labeled as broken. One game my son really wanted to play wasn't labeled broken, but after tapping his card twice, having points taken out, but the game not starting, we realized that one was out as well. Their indoor A/C unit must have either been broken or just not able to keep up with the amount of bodies in there because in the corner by the VR & Laser tag, they had 2 huge industrial fans blowing to keep people cool. And after running around for the 10 minutes or so of laser tag, everyone was drenched in sweat because there was little to no air blowing around in the arena. For the most part, things were working, but you could tell that the place could just use a little extra TLC and tune ups. Parking is also a bit small for the potential amount of people coming. If you get here late afternoon on a weekend, or during holidays/summer, expect to either have to circle around a bit waiting for someone to leave, or park far away & have to walk over to the building. I also want to note that while I didn't have any of the food, our party had a few small pizzas. It looked run of the mill family entertainment place pizza. Nothing special or gourmet. But the kids gobbled it up. So I'm sure if you're here with kids they won't be complaining about not having food to eat. In all, MB2 is a fun place. I definitely look forward to going back with the rest of my family & kids. However, I will be extra vigilant to make sure all tap card readers are functioning properly & plan on staying out of things like the laser tag arena unless it's a cold day when we are there. read more

Hot and cramped! We only did the games and laser tag, I liked how the card can be used for the laser tag instead of purchasing a separate ticket. For laser tag, it was a bit confusing on where to line up. We were about 5th in line, but waited about 35 mins for the next group. Then the staff made us wait for the next game because the group in front of us didn't want to have others in the game even though there were space and we were only a party of 2. Took our granddaughter here for a late birthday outing. What a great place, been a couple of years since we were here and I have to say I think it's actually improved from my first 5 star review. First off the place is very clean and the people are beyond friendly and helpful. We started off with a couple of $ 50.00 cards, grabbed a table at the duck bowling area, ordered some food and drinks to start our day. We ordered the chips and salsa (very good with a little kick), the pretzel and cheese sauce (again, very good, little bit of a kick to it), hamburger sliders which came with pickles, sauce and sliced tomatoes on the side (great idea), basket of fries (great seasoning and crispy), cheese pizza, margarita pizza (pizza is a bit doughy, could use a little more sauce and time in the oven, but honestly good) and a pitcher of coke. The servers were great, brought out extra plates, ranch and napkins. Another plus is the games for tickets are added to your card as you play and win, so when you go the the prize booth, you're not carrying a bunch of tickets. This is one of my kid's favorite places to go with my husband. For the most part I let it be their thing. : ) From what he says, it is a lot of fun, but if course it can get pricey very quickly. Don't expect to get out of here without spending at least $50 - $100 depending on how big your crew is. I have attended a couple parties with the. So I'll share my experience from the party side of things. First the party room is small and cramped. If you have more than 20 people things will start to get tight. Fortunately you don't have to stay in the room the whole time. They party helpers are attentive though and they keep fresh food and drinks coming. They also help to cut the cake. The basic package includes 90 minutes of time in the room. However you get to hang out as long as you'd like to do the other activities. The party includes one bumber boat ride, race track, and lazer tag session per kid as well as a card for arcade games. That's a pretty sweet deal since just those alone would be over $50. The bad thing is there are several parties going on as well as the people who are already there, so that makes the lines long. He line for the Go Karts was really long, it took me about an hour for my children's turn to come up. read more

I came here on a Saturday but got here right around the time they open. It was nice that it wasn't busy yet. The parking lot is big but fills up quickly. We played a round of mini golf successfully, then went on the water bumper boats and such fun was had! We then went to sit down to eat and that was a disaster. My salad was not great (the dressing was weird and it was all white lettuce when it should have been leafy romaine). My husband ordered a pizza that came out 10-20 mins after all our food and was COLD! They said there was a mix up and they had to remake it but it was cold, so I wonder what happened. We then made our way into the arcade which was awesome. The establishment was nice and had lots for us to do. The bathrooms were not as nice and smelled so strong of bleach I couldn't wait to get out. But for $50 we were able to play mini golf, go on the boats and spend a good amount of time in the arcade. We have used MB2 for our office Xmas party and this is the 3rd time we are using them for a bday. With every visit this venue meets and exceeds expectations! We had over 50 guests yesterday for my son's 17th bday party and spent most of the day there. Private party room is a hit, food is great and service is top notch. We loved having Jason, Anthony and Ariana taking care of us. They were super helpful and amazing! There is so much to do for all ages. Go karts, laser tag, batting cages, miniature golf just to name a few...Their pizza, pretzel bites and chicken tenders are delicious. They have a full bar for the adults to enjoy while the kids are out playing. My guests did not want to leave! We were so happy to celebrate at MB2!!! Five stars all the way!!!! read more

We were invited to a birthday party at MB2 in Santa Clarita and had the chance to enjoy several activities, so I'm breaking this review down into a few parts. 1. Party Room Staff - 5 Stars The team handling our birthday room was absolutely amazing. They brought drinks and pizza on time, were thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care. They knew what they were doing, and it made that part of the experience great. 2. Arcades & Activities - 5 Stars The arcades were clean, everything worked, and all the kids had a blast. Laser tag, mini golf, and the water floating attraction were all fun and well-maintained. No complaints here at all. 3. Racetrack Staff - 1 Star (If I could give less, I would) This is where the experience completely fell apart. The racetrack had about 5-6 staff members working, and they stood around while the line barely moved. Kids ended up waiting an hour and a half -- which feels like forever when you're little. After about an hour, we politely asked if they could speed things up since the kids had been waiting so long. Instead of helping or showing any understanding, they decided to punish us by taking a break and refueling all the cars, telling us it would take another 30 minutes. The kids were disappointed and some even cried. The staff didn't care at all. Two employees very slowly filled up cars that hadn't even been used, while the others stood around doing nothing. When my wife commented that this wasn't right, they just smiled and said, "Cars need gas, what do you want us to do?" No apology, no empathy, nothing. This is a clear management issue -- either lack of training or lack of supervision, but definitely a failure in customer service. Overall, I'm leaving 2 stars: 5 stars for the party room staff and the rest of the activities 1 star for the racetrack staff who completely dropped the ball If MB2 can fix their racetrack staffing and attitude, this place could easily be a 5-star spot. But based on this experience, it was a huge disappointment for the kids and for us. read more

Definitely recommend this place for miniature golf. It is a beautiful course. The whole family had fun. It was easy to play. All you do it load a card from the front counter and go tap the golf ball machine to start playing. After we played we went to try out the VR game. Both boys had fun. My husbo had the hamburger sliders and he said they were really good. Overall we had a great experience. This place was packed but we still had fun and got to the things we like to do. The staff are very busy but they are still kind and get things done. read more

We came for the first time on Friday evening for our date night. Checked in on Yelp. They have an offer, so do not forget to check that out. The grounds are quite big and clean, a very family friendly place togo. The staff was very nice right off the bat. We enjoyed the arcades, mini golf, and go karts. Some of the rides require a signed waiver, which you can do ahead of time. My fav was the mini golf. It felt like a little waterfall hike with mini golf in between. So fun! Upon walking in the girl at the front didn't look so happy and almost annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted (again this was our first time here so we were unsure how their services worked). She didn't offer any assistance or clarification but we figured it out. The games and activities were fun. Now when it was time to order food, Kayla was not hospitable whatsoever. She almost had an attitude that we wanted to order through her and not the QR code provided. We ended up ordering with Anthony and he was very nice and helpful. I think what I love about this place is that there's fun for everybody here. Whether you're little or big, you are going to have a good time. Been here a couple times and have enjoyed myself on every visit. This last visit my husband my daughter and I played laser tag and spent some time in the arcade. We had a ton of fun goofing off. Really dirty here. The tables are covered in filth and the bathrooms are disgusting. Paper towels shoved in the sinks to clog them on purpose? None of the stalls are clean. No toilet paper a lot of the stalls and the trash bins are so full they're spilling out. The staff are unfriendly and kinda rude. They look like they hate themselves and their whole life. Not friendly or nice. If you ask for help or anything they roll their eyes. I wouldn't recommend this location. read more
