When asked what part "It's technical, you wouldn't understand." BS but whatever get it done. Nope, latest story after weeks of no communication is ordering a battery. Despite it coming in with a brand new battery installed. When asked why they wanted to order a battery "you can come in and make it fit, it's the wrong battery". It was already installed and functioning as it should. Apparently they mistook me for an idiot rather than someone with 30 plus years on two wheels, 20 of which I worked on my own bikes. I didn't have the time this time but they took that as not having the knowledge to know they're trying to scam. Worst shop I've ever dealt with, avoid at all costs.

We decided to unload the sxs and ride some trails in Turkey Bay and found we had fuel leaking out from an unknown source. Time was an issue as we had limited days to get to our destination. I called and spoke to Matt in the service department and explained our situation, he said to bring it right in. They had it fixed in just a few hours and it was not expensive. Bravo we will be back and my husband was eyeing something in the showroom. Great people that know there stuff and aren't afraid to make some friends

I had a running vintage Honda dirt bike that was leaking oil around the engine gaskets, so I took…read moreit to Bike Boss to put new gaskets in, and they started saying they had to fix this, then fix that, , etc, so I was like fine, fix what it needs, get it running so I can ride; well a phone call and $2500.00 later I went and picked up my bike, they loaded it onto the trailer while I was paying so I didn't get to look at it until I got home. I got it home, off the trailer, and started t for a ride; it barely ran, was sputtering, low on power, and after an inspection the quality of work was horrendous. I called a mechanic to come out and look at it, found out it had low compression, and the head bolts were finger loose. After he worked on it for a couple of hours, it was finally running. Rode it once, gently on the trails then dies at the store the next day, so now it's in another shop getting worked on. I could've bought a really nice used Dual Sport for what they charged me, and only got to ride my bike once (in a whole year) for the $2500.00 the shop charged me. Other issues are a coil covered in electrical tape, that doesn't look like the one that was on it, bare wires everywhere, which you'd think they would've fixed for the price gouging I got. All in all, a horrible experience, and only an Indian call center will scam you worse. Save your money and your tears, go somewhere else to get mechanical work.

If i could give this business zero stars i would. I took my dirt bike in there to get a tune up, a…read morenew front brake lever put on, and a few cosmetic fixes. My bike sat there for 2 weeks without even being touched, because they said the brake lever hadnt been delivered yet. Never called me once to let me know why it was taking so long. The communication from their end was nonexistent. I had to be the one to call them every couple days, and it felt like pulling teeth for them to tell me anything. If i was running a business and let a customers product sit there for 2 weeks, you better believe im going to be in contact with that person letting them know why its an issue. I understand that there arent many shops in the area that work on bikes, but customer service can go a long way in making customers feel comfortable and continue wanting to use the company in the future. I guess because there arent many other shops around, they figure they dont have to care about peoples time. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
