Norm 2 reviews 11…read moreminutes ago-Edit I and my Grandson went in to the store and i was giving my Grandson 2 watches i had not used in several years and needed batteries and 1 needed sizing for the wrist band . A lady in the store put in the batteries and she said the gentleman that does the repairs (and i did not get his name would do the resizing . She made out a ticket and put it on the counter it was $25 . The gentleman resized the the watch band and fitted it on my grand son . I was ready to pay and he tore up the ticket and said you already paid . At first i did not understand and then he said thanks for you service (As i had my Navy retired hat on ) i understand then what he meant . I have never had such a wonderful surprise like that and i want to thank them so much . Many people in Anderson do thank me for my 24yr of service and i appreciate that .But the gentleman did not know that the day before my daughter and grandson came from NJ and surprised me and my wife for a few days visit as we have not seen them i quite a while as a Christmas gift to us as my wife has stage 4 cancer and we don't know how long she will be with us so i have been going though a lot. I asked them to add a loop to a pendant but it turned out crooked and he broke one of my gold necklaces to "show me it wasn't strong enough to hold that pendant so I needed to buy a stronger necklace from them." I bought one ($1000) and I didn't like it, wanted to return it within days and he said no, I could sell it to them in the weight of gold ($300). this place is sketchy. Well I did my own research after that and read some bad stuff about enhanced diamonds but honestly I couldn't find a SINGlE real person with a review saying anything bad about there enhanced diamond! Only jewelers bashing on it, with no proof, heck I couldn't even find a single picture of an enhanced diamond gone wrong! Anyways seriously David you saved me over $5k! And for that I thank you.
