Any professional will be able to do this in your presence. He was gone for ages. During that time my mom browsed and found about a half-dozen pieces that she was interested in purchasing. When he finally returned to the front of the store he said that the face of the watch fell off by accident and he lost the tiny second hand. She asked if she could go in the back room and look for it. He said no, the area was such a mess, she would never find it. He offered to have his usual out-of-town watch repair person fix it. She shipped the watch to his preferred shop. The repair cost $25, the shipping to and from with insurance was $20. He refused to pay any of it. This is beyond unconscionable. I have never met any business person who broke something and didn't take responsibility for it. He boasts that he sells Rolexes. He flaunts ruby rings on his Facebook page. But he's too cheap and to pay $45 for his own blundering. My mom is a hard working person. Totally unjust treatment -- of a senior citizen at that. The woman was so ugly because they had to replace a clasp on a chain I had bought there. She said the chain wasn't purchased there and was gonna charge me over $160 to replace the clasp and clean it. When I went to pick it up, I showed her the receipt where I had purchased the chain there. She was not happy. She said they were not going to keep paying for these things.After 30+ years, I walked out for the last time. Such a shame.

Overall, based on what I saw in the store, this is a metaphysical business. I saw great looking handmade jewelry, knick knacks for the home, incense, tantra-related items, stones and other merchandise. A couple of the things that caught my eye because I have an interest in them are the crystals and sage. Margo has a big selection of stones and crystals. People burn sage (in a ritual called smudging) to clear away negativity. I've smudged my place a few times with a bundle of burning white sage, and I know it helped because I felt a calmness and contentment after I got done. Margo sells various types of sage that customers can smudge their spaces and their selves to eliminate negativity and increase positivity. I have also interest in crystals, of which Margo has a big selection. The two types of crystals that I have are black obsidian and clear quartz crystals, both of which have protective properties. One of clear quartz's benefits is enhancing mental clarity. It can help with emotional stability, and it's popular in meditation and restorative work. It's also often used for manifestation and can help create more focus and clarity around a desire. It is a protective stone and can be used to amplify psychic abilities. I have white quartz crystals near my front door to dispel any negative energies entering my home, and on my nightstand to amplify the effect of the black obsidian crystal that I keep near it. One of the most popular uses of black obsidian is to create a shield of protection to ward off negative or harmful energies. I wear a black obsidian bracelet to help absorb negativity that I may encounter. I also have black obsidian crystals in the four corners of my condo to help ward off negative and harmful energies. Does it work? I know they do. I like that throughout the store are handwritten descriptions and explanations either on or near the crystals. These are great for customers who are interested in incorporating crystals into their lives. However, customers who buy them should also learn how to use the crystals (the best placement for them, how to energize them, how to cleanse them, etc.) after they're purchased to learn how to put them to best use for themselves. One thing that I'd like to point out when I was in the store was that there were way too many strong scents concentrated in one specific area on the left side of the store. I took a couple of regular breaths in and the scents hit me hard. Think of the strong and multiple scents affecting your nose as being similar to strong and multiple noises affecting your ears. When I smelled the odors together I got dizzy, realized that scents were affecting me and immediately walked to the other side of the store. I was fine after breathing in non-scented air. I didn't get a good look at the object(s) that caused my dizziness. It would've been good to know so that I could avoid a similar situation in the future.

A different fellow rang me up and he was just as friendly and professional as Billy. But WOW. My rings look stunning. Absolutely dazzling and better than the day that they were new.
