I stopped in and they told me they have 30-60 days to send me check. Sixty days came and went-no check. I stopped in three more times over a period of another 6 weeks - no check sent . Finally I made a low key stink and with reluctance I finally got paid. That's when I read the reviews and found this is a common trend for the owner of this store. This was a stressful experience. You can do well at this store but as you read they don't stand by the customer should the need arise.

AND UNITED FURNITURE, MOE & AHMAD SAID IT WAS UP TO COASTER TO GUARANTEE. THERE WAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY - and they put us off until the year was up! I USED THE TABLE ONCE AND IT WAS RUINED. Each one promised they could replace the tabletop, but said the other company had to do it. THEY DID NOTHING BUT SMILE, NOD AND BLAME THE OTHER COMPANY. We did this for months - and I got screwed -- because I'd end up spending more in legal fees than the table is worth. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. ALSO! They used to have a yelp site, or some other business review site, and the only notes on it were from the owners/managers saying how great the furniture and company is! We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.
