From the beginning, they struck me as honest, and helpful in resolving basic issues from reasonably priced oil changes to other more complex mechanical problems. They were willing to honor competitors' coupons and always went out of the way to provide good service at reasonable prices, especially compared to dealership service pricing. Before moving to Florida last year, we purchased a six-year old Toyota Sienna that we discovered had an oil leak. I felt confident bringing the car to Aaron's. After a thorough evaluation by them to discover the source of the leak, I was prepared to pay for the service, but Aaron said he would not charge us. I went to Aaron's on the advice of a family friend who owned an autobody shop in the area. Aaron's worked on my '07 Kia Sportage a couple of times, and my '01 Ford Ranger once, and in each instance they were able to get me in fast, they worked fast, and they resolved my problem each time. On one occasion, talking to Aaron about another problem I was having with the Ranger, he told me it was an easy fix, and I could probably resolve it myself. Brought my car in to get the exhaust inspected as it was making more noise than it should. Aaron was able to get it checked out very quickly. He identified the problem and suggested bringing it to a muffler shop. He would only be able to completely replace the catalytic converter with the tools in his shop and it would be a more expensive fix than what a muffler shop could do. I am very satisfied with my experience here! A part failure rendered my car completely undriveable, and they were able to fit me in right away to get it fixed. I added on some routine preventative maintenance with this visit (timing belt change), and they fit that in too, no trouble. I replaced multiple steering parts on my 2006 suburban and of course it needed an alignment, took it to Elite Auto to get it done.
