He showed up exactly on time, knew my frig make and model ahead of time, had an arsenal of tools and wore foot booties, investigated the refrigerator thoroughly and gave me a diagnosis and a recommendation. He was at my house about 2 hours and he showed me what was happening with the frig and the problems that were occurring. My frig is 10 yrs old with a leak to a line and he told me I may want to consider a new frig rather than put money into an appliance with diminishing returns. After waiting almost a week to get our kitchen sink unclogged, before hanging up the phone the owner "Tommy" refused to return to the property and told me to contact the home warranty company to have them send out a different contractor. Absolutely unreal the way this experience turned out to be for what I thought should have been a very straightforward plumbing issue.

In the process of cleaning the dryer vent, he punched a couple of holes in the vent and broke the vent cover. I knew about that and let it go to get him out of my house. However, because I split my time between MD and IN, I didn't notice that the dryer vent was actually more clogged. Now, about six months later, it is completely clogged. No air comes out the exterior. And, of course, this is not covered by any warranty (because it's been so long) and I'd have to pay to have them come and possibly wreck the vent even more thoroughly (although I'm not sure how they could do so). 0 out of 10--do not recommend.
