He showed up exactly on time, knew my frig make and model ahead of time, had an arsenal of tools and wore foot booties, investigated the refrigerator thoroughly and gave me a diagnosis and a recommendation. He was at my house about 2 hours and he showed me what was happening with the frig and the problems that were occurring. My frig is 10 yrs old with a leak to a line and he told me I may want to consider a new frig rather than put money into an appliance with diminishing returns.
