Unfortunately, PAM was not up for the challenge. The nursing and tech staff were good enough. We enjoyed Cyndi, the Sarahs and Meliza especially. He had speech therapy every day. He had OT a few days and PT even less. So much less that in his discharge paperwork, the PT sign off was left blank. They couldn't even attest as to any level of progress. And PT was the main reason he was there. I inquired with scheduling and they said they were short staffed. I reached out to the CEO who came to his room and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Again, sadly no follow through. The OT intimated that he was difficult to work with and that may have been what PT encountered also - so blaming my husband for PT not coming? Really? I'm not saying my husband is the easiest guy in the world to work with but at least show up. I've already had one occasion to steer others clear of the disappointing results we saw and will continue to do so.

I was a patient at Pam Rehabilitation Hospital after surgery…read more The staff told me they could handle all my medical needs, but when I developed a painful rash that turned into an infection, they refused to let me go to the ER or follow my surgeon's orders. My surgeon had prescribed two important medications -- one for nerve-endin' pain and another to treat the rash before it became infected. The hospital removed both prescriptions and substituted ineffective treatments. The caseworker told me they were giving me the same medicine, but that wasn't true. Their own documentation confirms this. Because my nerve-endin' pain medication was withheld and the infection worsened, the pain became unbearable. My skin grew so sensitive that even a brush of fabric or a breeze caused me to scream in pain. Instead of helping, some staff made fun of me and yelled at me for reacting -- even though their neglect caused the problem. They also refused to provide the pain medicine immediately, even in that situation. I have documents and photos showing the difference in care, including pictures of my incision site two days after arrival and again five days later, clearly showing how the infection spread. Once I left and received the correct medications from my surgeon, the rash and pain began to improve right away. Please Look at the proof attached of the actual type of care they give before using Pam Rehabilitation Hospital for post-surgical recovery or wound care

Then I get billed, plus a same-day cancellation fee tacked on. I called in February 2026 and was clearly told the charge would be removed and I could ignore the bill. Then another bill came. I called again, same reassurance. Then another bill. When I finally reached a supervisor, she was determined to collect the $45, citing "policy," despite their own team repeatedly telling me it would be resolved. I even offered to split it...denied without hesitation. Now they're threatening collections over a charge they told me multiple times to ignore. No transparency. No accountability. Just billing games. Avoid Endeavor Physical Therapy. Transparency and trust shouldn't be optional in healthcare, but apparently it is here.

There has been a few management changes in the past, but the one's running the building now are exceptional; they care, they go to great lengths to do their job well, and at the end of the day consider themselves as family. The staff members are a unique and diverse group of people from around the world, few are not perfect, but the ones that do care a lot for these residents are shining examples to follow. The residents are just as unique & charismatic in their own rights from social butterflies to reclusive turtles, they all for the majority live in harmony.

They reassured me it was fine as long as I arrived within 15 minutes -- which I did. I told him I was driving in from BASTROP, which was an hour and 10 minute drive. They didn't really care. After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby (after fully being checked in ) they suddenly canceled my appointment because they were "backlogged." The kicker? They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging a $100 rescheduling fee -- for an appointment they canceled! They did not want to provide it in writing, but I required it before I left. To top it off, as I walked out in frustration, I saw the main male dentist outside on break... casually eating a bag of Doritos. Guess that was more important than honoring my scheduled appointment. My experience at Dr. Chang's office was a little shady. I went there because it was the only…read moreorthodontist's office I could find that was open on Saturdays and weekday evenings. I needed a new retainer since I lost mine a while back (I had braces about 7 years ago). I would go for extended periods of time without wearing a retainer and if I noticed my teeth shifting at all, I'd just pop it in and my teeth would look all nice again. And even back before I got braces, I was told that some problems (like a single tooth sticking out a little bit) could be corrected with a retainer. Well, I noticed a tooth starting to poke out and assumed a new retainer would be the fix. It's really subtle but I want to look awesome in my upcoming wedding pics. Anyways, here's where it gets weird. Dr. Chang's wife Tammy served as the receptionist and the dental assistant. She tried to upsell me an invisiline retainer over the phone before my appointment and I told her I'd decide when I came in. When I got there, she wanted the $200 payment in full and in cash before I saw the doctor. I didn't have that much on me and we compromised on me writing her a check which she would trade me for cash when I would come back to pick up the retainer. Anyways, Dr. Chang and his wife sat me down and didn't even do a consultation talk or x-rays or anything. He put this gross metallic tasting mold tray in my mouth (we had plastic back at the place I went seven years ago...) and took the mold and then expected me to be off on my way. When I asked how long it would take before my teeth got straighter, he and his wife simply said that retainers RETAIN, they don't straighten. He then went on to tell me that I'd need my teeth trimmed down to make spaces between my teeth, but I have no tightness when I'm flossing or anything so I had a hard time believing him. They were nice enough to give me the option to back out though. After I left, I decided that the retainer wasn't worth it and told them I didn't want it anymore. They wanted a $20 consultation payment which I thought was fair and I ripped up my $200 check. Let's see where a second opinion will get me... ** Follow Up: A second orthodontist actually took x-rays, told me that I just need to get my wisdom teeth out. AND that I was right all along, all I need is a spring retainer to straighten my front teeth!

They are very respectful about slotting time so when you make an appointment - you know you go in and get taken care of. No waiting around wasting time. Love the hours - so we don't have to pull the kids out of school to go to the ortho -- at one point my son begged me to take him out of school for an appointment like his friends! Very satisfied customer with two boys - over the course of 10 years.
