There are some strong people that work there and a few who really care but overall the owner and GM are money hungry and do not care about clients or their families. Speaking from extensive personal experience, the company has and continues to exceedingly decline in terms of ethical practices, morale, work life balance, and especially quality of care. I was with the company long enough to see this become a cyclical occurrence with no means to an end. Things get better for a brief period, only to be followed by alarming regression in not only the areas mentioned above but across all departments and duties. They will over promise but underdeliver to both families and staff every time, do not be deceived, this is a pattern former and current employees as well as families have unfortunately experienced time and time again.

Unfortunately, PAM was not up for the challenge. The nursing and tech staff were good enough. We enjoyed Cyndi, the Sarahs and Meliza especially. He had speech therapy every day. He had OT a few days and PT even less. So much less that in his discharge paperwork, the PT sign off was left blank. They couldn't even attest as to any level of progress. And PT was the main reason he was there. I inquired with scheduling and they said they were short staffed. I reached out to the CEO who came to his room and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Again, sadly no follow through. The OT intimated that he was difficult to work with and that may have been what PT encountered also - so blaming my husband for PT not coming? Really? I'm not saying my husband is the easiest guy in the world to work with but at least show up. I've already had one occasion to steer others clear of the disappointing results we saw and will continue to do so.

I unfortunately did not get the opportunity to experience the staff's services because the…read morereception office staff experience was completely unprofessional. I called to inquire about an evaluation for my child. The lady with what sounded like an English accent asks if my insurance was with an employer. It was not. Then she asks "is it Marketplace"? Not knowing what marketplace was, I said yes. Then she curtly said that this insurance was not accepted. After the call, I logged into my insurance (which was purchased directly from UnitedHealthcare) and, sure enough, they WERE in network, as I had UHC Choice, and not Marketplace, I call back telling her this information and was referred to the manager, and he was repeating the same information. I told him I misspoke and clarified that I did not have Marketplace insurance and that I purchased the insurance directly from the UHC website, which he claimed this wasn't a thing (YES, this is a thing, because I did it. ). They didn't bother to fully check to see if the office was in network (didn't actually ask for my Member ID information or other details) which is what dozens of offices have done as standard protocol. Eventually the man did say that we can take my insurance, but wouldn't be able to accept my husband's Aetna insurance in 2026 - but that I could still schedule something under my current insurance. ABSOLUTELY NOT! The conversation with reception left a bad taste in my mouth and I have scheduled evaluation services elsewhere. I would recommend in-house office training on how not to escalate insurance issues and on common customer service skills. And if insurance companies are listing your office as in-network when it's not, you need to figure out how to fix that on your end.

Overall it was a relief finding and working with RRCT. They truly seemed to care for my child and…read morecommunicated on a daily basis about progress and and opportunities.

I was referred to footsteps and handprints pediatric therapy to assess my son's speech development…read more Scheduling an appointment with them was rather easy with a referral from our pediatrician. Unfortunately, they are not allowing rescheduling because they are pretty booked. So if you do get the opportunity to schedule an appointment, make sure it is an appointment you can follow through with. The staff in the front as well as the speech therapist were very kind, welcoming, and very helpful. They not only made my uncomfortable, but also myself. Thankfully, after my son's evaluation, he does not qualify for speech therapy- he is right on track! While I am very grateful for that I still would recommend footprints and handprints to anybody looking for pediatric therapy!

She called Monday to tell us that after 4 months plus of being on a waitlist the dr he was suppose to see was coming back from maternity leave and didn't feel comfortable seeing our son ! She then gave me 2 other places we can take him and she said she called them and they didn't have a waitlist well that was a lie .. called both and they have a 3-6 month waitlist . We should have been told earlier that the dr would not feel comfortable instead of wasting months of our time . Terribly unprofessional.

In 2023 my mother was there because she was dying from pancreatic cancer…read more Two days before she died, she was in her bed groaning and curling her knees up in pain and moaning in pain tossing in pain. Her CNA was down the adjoining hallway, I rushed to him and told him what she was going through. The CNA told me she already had her medication. Meanwhile, her Dr. had left instructions to give her medication immediately should she need it for acute pain. I tried to explain that she was in acute pain and needed it now not hours from now. He did nothing. I literally had to leave my mother in the room by herself because I couldn't handle watching and hearing her in such agony. I was crying at this time and other residents were in the hallway watching all this unfold. Once the CNA finished with that hallway he finally came to my mom's hallway and since my mom's room was the second room down and not too far out of his way, he decided he would go check on her. It was at that time when he gave her the extra medicine that her Dr. said she was supposed to have when her pain was not relieved by what she was already getting. I started yelling at the CNA and the head nurse made me leave the premises. I couldn't go back to see my mom until I was cleared by the head administrator of St. Gabriel's. While I was there with my mom she told me that the nurses were a lot nicer to her when I was there with her. There was one CNA that I actually had removed from working down my mom's hallway. She didn't get fired, just moved sent on to another patient that she could be rough with when changing sheets and bathing and feeding. Most of the CNA's don't respect the families concerns and definitely take advantage of the power they have over the patients.

Overall the care for my Mom was just adequate. She got her medicine in a timely manner every day,…read moreso there's that. I understand that in this day and age it's hard to find people with a good work ethic and that possess integrity. She spent just over a couple of weeks here after getting out of the hospital. What kept her positive were the (too few) nurses and aids who were not just sympathetic but empathetic. Katelyn and Kianna (spelled right?) were two such people and always made Mom feel at ease. The physical therapy staff was overall the best part of her stay. Ruby, Abby and Jaky were always positive and would be firm with and push Mom even when she was being stubborn. In my Moms own words the food was "blah.".
