At that time, we also decided to obtain vehicle insurance on that vehicle, because it best suited the car owner. My husband and I did business with a different insurance company for over 24 years with our other 2 vehicles. I was a stickler and didn't want to change companies on those, because I had been there so long. After going through some really odd things with my insurance company and being billed for things like adding a loss payee and being charged for that in itself, and finding that they had incorrectly put a 40 year age difference on one of my drivers which caused another hike when I caught the issue and just plainly not taking care of me as a client, I had enough! The WONDERFUL DANA HANNAH from Jack Dean State treated me so well and actually heard my concerns. She made the extreme effort in making sure I felt like a person and not just a possible client for their company. She answered many of my questions, patiently and listened to me gab the most ridiculous things that had happened with my previous insurer, all the while assuring me in my moments of complete disarray. I decided a few months later to end my policy upon it's renewal with that old insurer and convert completely to this agency. It was solely because of Dana that I made that decision. I will say this, the staff there is wonderful. They will truly treat you the way you should be treated. They will make sure you know every facet of information you need to know and walk you through the process. I could not be happier with Dana and State farm at this point.
