I had loved Valley Trust until my agent left the agency and then I started having issues. After she left I looked into switching my insurance to a different agency found one that was highly recommended and started to the process to switch my policy over... I kept getting the run around from Jake one of the Valley Trust Agency's owners. He kept giving excuses after excuses of why my policy was delayed in moving over. Not to mention his rudeness every time I'd call to ask him about it. My policy finally got switched after 4 months of trying to get it moved. I highly recommend you switch yours as well.
