There was no pressure and no upselling as well which I heavily appreciate. It seems like they care about their customers and what's best for them, not the companies wallet and it's very refreshing to be able to speak with a human being with a personality rather then a robot. It didn't even feel like I was buying insurance! Your call might not get picked up immediately but as long as you leave a voicemail they get back to you super quick. They told me there was a $5/month fee for having a lien on my car. I just paid off my car and called to get that $5 fee removed. The agent gave me a new rate, $30/ year less. I asked about the fee. She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto. All this after they jacked my homeowners by nearly $400!! I can't wait to drop my homeowners with them.

After a devastating move that caused over $20K damage, not to mention items that were never returned, I would expect my State Farm agent, to assure me that he was "on it". I was happy to work with Lola, but wanted to know that Jeff would use his influence he gained from Norm Glass's status to help navigate my claim. After my initial denial, I called Jeff and "he was not in" and said he would call me back when he was able to gather the "timeline" and all information. 3.5 weeks later I never received a call. Not even a call to say, let me see what the problem is, let me look into this. NOTHING. This is not the service I expect from State Farm, nor is it the service I received from other State Farm agents in the past.
