Why would I continue with your agency when my husband and I have received some of the worse customer service over the years. Last time I called and left a messages; I never received a callback. Therefore, I was determined to move my business to a different agency. After my research we determine that we wanted to continue our policies with Safeco and Selective, but no longer wanted your agency to provide service. I'm pretty sure that losing our business doesn't really matter to you, if it had you would at least called to discuss our decision. We have been with this agency for many years and I have gone back and forth and decided with our homeowner policy coming up for renewal now is the time to leave. Therefore our homeowner policy has been moved to our new agent. In September our auto policy will also move to our new agent. Why is it important to you who will be handling our policies going forward. Our new agent has gone an extra mile helping us transfer our homeowner policy even though they will not receive commission for the auto policy until the renewal. I prefer not to answer your question regarding who is our new agent.

But it doesn't stop there...my buyers initially went under contract with another lender right before the rates increased in May. Drew went one step further and discounted the buyer's rate to get them back to their initial interest rate (without anyone asking him to). I have done several transactions with Drew and his team and they have all been fantastic, but this is one example of how they will go above and beyond for their clients and their Realtor partners. Penny is the associate I deal with and she's great; always willing to run the numbers and keeps me aware of my options without being pushy. Her breadth of knowledge is vast and if she doesn't know the answer she consults and gets back to me. I don't know that they (State Farm) are the cheapest but I've been satisfied with the handling of my policy, payments, and the handling of a claim I had.

I called back immediately, and they did not answer my call, nor did they respond to my voicemail. It is absolutely unacceptable for an insurance agent to refuse to respond to a claim, especially when their own client admitted the accident and fault.

Each month I call in my payment for my vehicle and home owner insurance. When i called in the same date of the month i usually call in. In April Omar had a new young girl answering the phone. I told her I wanted to make a payment. She was too lazy or didn't know how to do phone payments.. so she told me that i was all paid up until May 20th. I didn't understand how that was possible.so i asked her at least 4 times if she was sure. Because i didn't understand how i didn't owe a payment for the month of April. She said she couldn't accept a payment since there wasn't any payment due.so i hesitantly said ok. and hung up. So In May i called to pay my regular payment. And I was told by the person who i usually pay my bill to. He said i didn't pay for April so now I'm owing for Two months. Which was totally out my budget. I tried explaining to the clerk that the previous person refused to accept my payment for April and said i didn't owe anything until May. So i asked to speak to Omar and he was very rude and unprofessional and unconcerned about the girl giving his customer wrong information. I wouldn't recommend this Agent to my worst enemy!
