OMG! This is the NASTY hotel room we have ever seen. We are Diamond Elite. The room was do nasty…read more The floor hadn't been mopped in months. When we took our shoes off our white socks were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on our socks. I went to the office to report it and was told they didn't have housekeeping. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told no. We weren't even offered a different room. We were there for 3 days for a family member who in the and didn't have time to worry about changing hotels and shouldn't have had to. So I took all the towels and wet them in the shower and pushed them around the room with my feet to get as much of the filth up as I could. I told the front desk I had to do it and showed her the towels as proof of the filth on the floor. Her response was "we have good bleach for the towels. Before we left I finally talked with some man who claimed to be the manager or owner or something like that. He called me a liar and said we dirty the towels ourselves and that his floors are steam cleaned. I told him I would no allow his BS of blaming us and had proof of the filth and nasty towels. I have never been so pissed. This nasty place needs shut down and this manager and the dam employees that refused to clean this nasty room should be fired. I have the pictures to prove this !

Their salsa night DJ plays music that is so OUTDATED. I wish they hired a real DJ who knows and is up to date on music. If the DJ is reading this, look up sensual Bachata, modern salsa, etc. Little Rock is desperate for a good Latin night but this is not it.

It is a beautiful venue with a large dance floor and quality sound system. We highly recommend hosting an event or attending one of their weekly events. All of our friends commented on how nice the venue was! We are very happy with our decision to work with Club 27 and would gladly do it again.
