The xray equipment is old and staff doesnt clean the plate where you put your foot there unless you ask (gross). I regret ever going there. There is minimal contact post-surgery, so you are on your own. Worst of all, they botched my foot surgery so now have to get it redone.

I don't know what he did inside those toes, but whatever it was ended in disaster, because now the second toe is almost on top of the big toe, causing a deformity, and the only solution is another surgery to put a pin inside that one and the next (and another year of recovery if all goes well, which is not guaranteed). To top it off, the surgery has completely altered my lifestyle, as I live with foot pain on my toes and metatarsal. I can't use the treadmill or the elliptical at the gym; can't do Tai Chi, Zumba or any of the classes I used to take. Can't wear normal shoes either (only extra wide sneakers) or walk long distances without pain. I have never regretted something so much as I have regretted this surgery.

I, being prompt and not wanting to waste anyone's time, was there at exactly 10:43 am. After filling out the paperwork I was lead into the examination room at around 11:30am. I answered the assistant's questions and she told me the doctor would be in to see me shortly. Mind you, there were only 2 people ahead of me at 10:43am. After 1.5 hours the same assistant came in and told me she was sorry for the delay but the doctor would be in shortly. At 12:43pm I told the assistant I was leaving, never having seen the doctor. I lost the entire work day. I told the assistant this was a total lack of respect for me and my time. I also told my primary doctor she shouldn't recommend this person. Unless you have nothing to do in your life don't go to this doctor.
