He is not someone you want to use and he is in violation of the federal TCPA Law and Do Not Call Law. TCPA Federal law comes with a $500 to $1500 per incident cost so if he has bothered anyone else, please IM me and we can create a Class Action Lawsuit too - it only takes two complaintents First time we met with him was the last time - he knew everything - a know-it-all and very condescending to my wife and I so use anyone but him. Unfortunately, with my late dad and father-in-law being builders I knew he was full of bull within the first five minutes. Update 11/08/2021: The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation confirmed Brian Sheekey and Trademark Realty are in violation of the Do Not Call List and Federal TCPA Act. Next steps are to resubmit to a different agency and Federal Government along with all calls and texts. Currently researching and am over $5,000.00 in fines that will support either or suspension or termination of Brian's license along with lawyer fees and the fines. Don't let Brian or Trademark to harass you - file a complaint.

Selling from out of town, he promised that he would do everything. He did not notify my of the sale of the house. He did not notify me that he added a "price reduction of $25,000 price reduction EACH WEEK the home goes unsold" during the holiday season of November and December, which historically, there are no purchases of homes. Steve Thomas, Broker initially seemed helpful but was dismissive and unhelpful. However, six months after sale of the house, he did send the closing documents.
