Signing up for a unit was very easy, the prices were cheaper than any other fenced storage facilities in Georgetown, the unit looked like new when we got it, and the security fence around the property made us feel safe when we were there at night. We met the owner one night we were there and he was very friendly and very adamant about keeping everything in tip top shape. After sending me all around town I ended up back here at 9:30 and I was fuming mad. Wasted almost 2 hours and one the phone with U-Haul which was no help. I believe the lady at American Storages name was Marcia but I'm not 100% sure. Explained to her what was happening, this lady had a calming effect and made a nightmare into a pleasant experience.
