Signing up for a unit was very easy, the prices were cheaper than any other fenced storage facilities in Georgetown, the unit looked like new when we got it, and the security fence around the property made us feel safe when we were there at night. We met the owner one night we were there and he was very friendly and very adamant about keeping everything in tip top shape. If we need a storage building in the future I won't hesitate to go back to them. They are the only storage company I will consider using in Georgetown.

After sending me all around town I ended up back here at 9:30 and I was fuming mad. Wasted almost 2 hours and one the phone with U-Haul which was no help. I believe the lady at American Storages name was Marcia but I'm not 100% sure. Explained to her what was happening, this lady had a calming effect and made a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Maybe the customer service people at U-Haul could learn from her. Such a sweet lady, thank you so much for your help and calm attitude!!!

I called the day before to confirm date and time and still they were not there. I called another unit at a different storage facility, they said they would be there and were not upon arrival. I tried tri-village. The person there was friendly and happy to help. He got me a unit immediately. I would have been screwed had he not been there. Thank you so much for helping!
