They are nice and helpful towards customers. Always a pleasure going in there. got a new trimmer and love it.

The worst. I dropped my lawn mower off. Expected a 2 week wait. 3 weeks later they still had not looked at it. Told me it would be a day or 2. A week later they called me and said it was going to be $250 for a new carburetor. Then charged me $75 for shop time to pick it up and told me the customer is not always right. Took in repairs paid for check out- Took my money and told me one of the items was a throw away item and returned to me in pieces. 2nd Item for repair they put on paper that they replaced the fuel line, yet they broke the pull start so this does not work, and the 3rd Item does not start. Paid them for repairs and did not check items before going home. Contacted Company and they told me they would look at for additional fees and told me all the items were throw away items. They took advantage of me and I am sure they will do it to many more customers. read more
