The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. They went to Lowes and fix the issue the very same day it was discovers. We definitely recommend Doug and the entire install team as well as Mike and Nick.

They do n ot stand behind their work and their products are inferior. The wood they use is air dried not kiln dried and that makes a big difference. They looked at the pipes under the house and said there was no problem! Then they fixed my original issue (kitchen sink draining slowly) and gave me pointers on garbage disposal use. It turned out that the overhead garage door opener could not be repaired and no parts were installed. I was presented with a bill that was outrageous. A service call plus labour!!! I was told on site that this company adds a surcharge of 4% if you pay with a credit card. No one told me this or I would have brought my check book. This company does business in a very unethical manner and lost out on a job to replace the doors, hardware and everything else on our 4-car garage plus a 6-car out building. Please continue these deceptive practices so that customers go elsewhere.

After much debate between my contractor him and myself my contractor went to henry county flooring with our extra flooring where jeff wrote us a PARTIAL refund check. When I cashed the check (that was written for 280 but should have been 500) the check BOUNCED!! I have been harassed by the woman working there and still, several months later I have not received my money or even an apology. They now owe me 520 (20 extra for the check bounce fee) and they REFUSE to pay it unless I take them to court!!! I have shed so many tears and I been taken complete advantage of. It would be a huge mistake to allow henry county flooring to do any of your flooring needs.

All started with a small handyman job installing an HDTV antenna and rotor, progressed into quoting at least 10 jobs. Pricing was excellent and transparent; work was promptly completed with high-quality workmanship and material, i.e. used structural screws instead of nails. When looking at a project, he often saved us money by suggesting and repurposing materials versus complete removal and waste. Also found that our carpet covered steps had unfinished oak treads - sanded, stained and re-trimmed with matching handrail work - nice! We now have a new very nice brick and stone paved patio, a stand-alone pavilion, re-designed all-season room, new LVP flooring in lower level of house, new ramp for our large shed (which needed work to correct issues from previous contractor) new/repaired steel front stair railings, plumbing work, etcetera. The owner of this business is a very busy, all-work oriented individual who concentrates on his work. Difficult to find a business with such dedication to each job and the particular, often customized details. Wife and I planning more work in near future, will certainly hire again.
