More recently, I've had bilateral hip replacements and have had wonderful therapy results after both. Again, with such care and attention to recovery and beyond. My husband is now going to be receiving care from South Sound - Lacey. Due to his physician's scheduling and re-scheduling of the surgery, Carrie and Dani have very kindly and creatively rearranged appts twice in order to get my husband in. They definitely went well above and beyond in taking care of our needs. Such a great team!

One of the receptionists was apologetic about it and tried to get me in but the other one, Sherry, gave a snippy "so we make a mistakes, so....". How about her losing sick hours to take time of her work for nothing. The inconsideration of some people is just astounding. But having something about "god" tattooed on her arm. Preferring to skip that, I decided to call South Sound instead. They were able to get me in first thing on a Monday and get me evaluated. Suzi was absolutely amazing and assured me that my neck would return to normal function and still loved me and wanted me back in a nice long committed relationship. She got me a list of exercises and had a bunch of great tips on working (ie, don't sit in front of a PC 15 hours a day and wonder why you are in pain, duh!) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I very much appreciated how clean everything was, and they were great about making sure I sanitized and kept my germs safely to myself (and vice versa). All in all a great experience, and I'd highly recommend!

After four interactions, I can verify that Cassie (not sure of spelling) in the front office has…read moreexceptionally poor customer service. During this last phone call where I tried to reschedule my dad's appointment, she informed me that she would have to remove him from the schedule for multiple reschedulings. I informed her I could not do anything about the upcoming appointment, so he would have to miss it, and she said "OK!" and hung up on me. While it has been tough for me to get my dad to his appointments as scheduled, due to work or illness, I always call ahead and give as much notice as I can. I'll now have to look for another PT clinic, preferably one with better customer service. No issues with the actual physical therapists, or anyone else for that matter... just this one lady.
