OMG, hello? Owners & management, don't you get it, the very first and most lasting impression patients will have of your entire business is formed in those first few minutes when someone first walks in & talks to your front desk staff & yet you choose to hire these b*tchy, obstructive cows as your front desk staff? I guess that since you're really raking in the cash and don't give a gnat's arse about your patients, only your bottom line & profit margins, you don't care about your staff bullying & abusing the patients your business is built upon. What you don't realize is that all of those negative sentiments their behavior creates only builds & multiplies as word of mouth spreads throughout your potential patient population & even more importantly across the population of providers & facilities who refer patients to you until eventually you find yourself with a 1 star rating from Google to Yelp, no one wants to see you (& in fact does everything possible to avoid having you as their provider), the only patients providers are willing to send you are exactly those patients no self-respecting provider would want to accept, your profit margins are negative, & you're bleeding cash like crazy trying to support a business no one wants to use. Don't think that can happen to you? Just look at all of the providers & clinics this is already happening to by looking up those with terrible feedback or who are failing miserably financially. You will find you have a lot in common with them with crap staff being the biggest predictor, they're just a little further down the path to self-destruction. Give it time though & you will be joining their ranks, the ranks of the failing medical practices. GET BETTER FRONT DESK & OFFICE STAFF & DEMAND THEY UPHOLD THE SAME LOFTY STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOR YOUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS MUST ADHERE TO IF THEY WANT TO KEEP THEIR MEDICAL LICENSES IN GOOD STANDING! You desperately need different practice managers as who you have now are some of the worst, most anti-patient individuals I have ever met in my life! Have nurses well versed in providing SAFE & EFFECTIVE PATIENT-CENTRIC CARE train & monitor them. Right now, they're setting you up for a nightmarish level of litigation, fines, & investigations by the state. Don't believe me? Why don't you have some nurses surreptitiously monitor their behavior?Read your negative feedback online & you will see these complaints are common! Get your sh*t together & do something about the way your staff treat your patients & hire a bloody practice manager who has an actual clue as to how to treat human beings & run a medical practice (not some damn money-grubbing, pencil-pushing b*tch who only cares who visibly loathes, hates, and despises your patients!) Okay, now the other side of the coin. The providers here are outstanding! The PA I saw was exceptionally knowledgeable, one of the best of the best. In fact I would say he's more skilled than many full doctors & surgeons with decades of experience. I was very impressed & due to my background, that's not easy to do. The young ladies assisting patients once in the exam room (I don't know if they were MAs or RNs), were attentive & helpful even if rushed. Over all, pretty good though. Until something is done about the office staff though, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AS THEY MAKE IT EXTREMELY UNSAFE, MISTAKE & PROBLEM PRONE, & AN EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT PLACE TO BE - AVOID OLYMPIA ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATES SPINE CENTER LIKE THE EVIL PLAGUE OF CORPORATE "MEDICINE" THAT IT IS. One of the receptionists was apologetic about it and tried to get me in but the other one, Sherry, gave a snippy "so we make a mistakes, so....". How about her losing sick hours to take time of her work for nothing. The inconsideration of some people is just astounding. But having something about "god" tattooed on her arm. The only concern I ever had was when the young guy working there set me up incorrectly on one of my exercises, but I had no idea it was incorrect, until I felt like one of the therapist was shaking a finger at me for taking the lazy route. Um, I was just doing what they guy told me to do! Otherwise, they will bend over backwards to help ya out! Welcoming atmosphere. I don't have anything to compare it too, but I have no problem recommending them.

We were given the phone very rudely to talk to the billing department or I was not going to be seen today even though I had full coverage insurance today. Anna was not polite. Anna had my wife crying in front everybody, staff and other patients who now knows about my financial situation. It was very WRONG of ANNA to bring up that topic that way and to keep on demanding payment or no more DR. Anna needs to take classes on customer service or find a different career because Anna will create more problems like this in the future for everyone, patients and staff of Capital Sports & Medicine.

Dr Neely and Casey are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and super helpful. Both are great teachers and clearly enjoy the work they do. The info they gave me really helped me understand what was going on and allowed me to utilize the tools I learned there to manage my pain and address my injuries. I have tried PT before for my issues, but this place is different. Dr Neely is very kind and empathetic, and answered every question I had patiently and comprehensively. Casey took the time to clearly explain every exercise and his humor and encouragement made the work fun! Both practitioners were so positive and supportive that I found myself looking forward to every appointment, and they improved my pain and discomfort exponentially! 2024ish : I had been a client for several years. It was a valuable resource for me with my…read moreneurodivergencies and anxiety. I needed to attend PT and was down to my last few visits for OT/PT. The owner who I was working with suggested I cease OT and attend PT with the last few visits. I truly thought she was on my side and made a good point. Unfortunately I was not in a good headspace but I thought that was a good idea. I lost my last near resource to me. I emailed her back in august (we communicated by email and never by phone) agreeing to her suggestion and why I'd want more visits and to see if she'd send it off to the insurance company because she did say she'd write a report and do that and wanted my list. At the end of the email I asked questions about what was next and if she'd email me back if visits got approved or how that would work. I know my email went through because I got the "away message." Months went by and no contact. I was dropped like a hot potato. I recently emailed her to followup (also got the "away message") and inform her of a few more details, maybe that would help me. Nothing. It hurts. I'm not sure I'd go back either. It was my only ND resource (because as we adults all know there is nothing in thurston county for adults). And now this happens. 2026: Sent email 4/30 asking about obtaining my records. Received an email from Alice 5/13 and exchanged emails over a month's time with no clear indication of when I could get them. They've gone electronic, moved, and were in a box somewhere. Owner could not access them. I would also have to pay for them. 6/3 someone told me they couldn't provide the cost until Jacqueline could physically get them and then they'd contact me with an update. I'm pretty sure they lied to me like everyone else does to me. I sent an email 7/6 checking on this status, no response. It's now 8/3 and have heard zilch from them. You will never be a valued patient with this place. They lie and shouldn't be in operation. at this point I should get my records for free.
