Due to his physician's scheduling and re-scheduling of the surgery, Carrie and Dani have very kindly and creatively rearranged appts twice in order to get my husband in. Suzi was absolutely amazing and assured me that my neck would return to normal function and still loved me and wanted me back in a nice long committed relationship. She got me a list of exercises and had a bunch of great tips on working (ie, don't sit in front of a PC 15 hours a day and wonder why you are in pain, duh!) and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I very much appreciated how clean everything was, and they were great about making sure I sanitized and kept my germs safely to myself (and vice versa). During this last phone call where I tried to reschedule my dad's appointment, she informed me that she would have to remove him from the schedule for multiple reschedulings. I informed her I could not do anything about the upcoming appointment, so he would have to miss it, and she said "OK!" and hung up on me. While it has been tough for me to get my dad to his appointments as scheduled, due to work or illness, I always call ahead and give as much notice as I can. I'll now have to look for another PT clinic, preferably one with better customer service. No issues with the actual physical therapists, or anyone else for that matter... just this one lady.

My records were confused with another patient multiple times- to the point that the Tacoma office was calling me about missing appointments at their office even though those appointment weren't for me. Also, this location seems very stressed and understaffed and every time I went, it never seemed like a continuation of my last appointment. I would be giving exercises to do but then the next appointment I was just given new ones without any follow up on the prior exercises. I didn't feel like i was really given any opportunity to continue and grow from past appointments.

One thing I love more than anything is his outside of the box/text book approach to healing. He does not give up and didn't let me leave until my discomfort was gone. Today he used a "Dry Needling" technique on my shoulder to relieve muscle tension, and it worked, followed by cervical manipulation. When we finished, he educated me on my at home workouts for maximum healing. This guy knows his stuff. I recommend him over any physical therapist and seeing him before considering chiropractic care. A little background on him: Chris is the owner of Puget Sound Physical Therapy. Graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2009. In 2012, he was awarded his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2015, Chris was accepted for admission into an orthopedic manual therapy fellowship. In 2017, Chris was awarded board certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. And he's not stopping there, he's currently continuing his education with his Fellowships.
