This experience was a masterclass in how not to run a repair business. When they first came to replace my driver-side window, the glass they brought had a massive scratch on it. Not subtle. Not "if you look closely." Massive. I had to point it out myself and tell them to get a better piece. Quality control, apparently, is optional. After the replacement, the window rattled loudly, so I made the mistake of going back to the shop expecting it to be fixed. They did come outside -- progress! -- and then the guy simply looked at the glass. No taking the door apart. No checking inside. No attempt to address the very obvious noise. Just a quick visual inspection, like he was admiring his own work. When I asked for it to actually be repaired, I was told I was "coming at them." Right. Because expecting a window without scratches that doesn't rattle is apparently unreasonable and hostile. So to summarize this flawless experience: * Tried to install scratched glass * Needed the customer to catch it * Left the window rattling * Returned visit = staring contest, not a repair * Blamed the customer for wanting it fixed If you're looking for scratched parts, sloppy installs, wasted time, and gaslighting instead of accountability, this is the place. If you want competent service, basic professionalism, or a window that functions like a window, go anywhere else. One star is generous. Avoid. read more

I just had them to fill my chip in my car, Michael came out to my home, he was very polite, listened to my concerns and even explained to me how the fill works. I will definitely be using them again! My insurance covered the cost of the fill, and they replaced a windshield prior and great company to work with her in South Texas! read more

They were very accommodating when me and my 4 month old came in! They got us set up right away and got our car back quickly. They asked if I needed water and made sure we were comfortable. They do have office dogs when we went (me and the baby were excited!) but the workers made sure to ask if we were comfortable or if we would like them to put them in a separate room. Really fast service, amazingly friendly staff, and non-smoking employees performing the work. We're from Colorado, and used to replacing windshields once or twice a year, so getting a star chip on the way down was less than convenient. We're down here for a working vacation, and able to get in to Texan Glass as a walk-in client...we were in and out in about ten minutes!
