I was really excited when I came across their website in my research. They advertised 14-day close on Jumbo loans and I got a follow-up text within minutes of completing my intake form. I was very clear from the beginning that I DO NOT INTEND on buying in the LA area and the two reps I spoke to assured me it was fine, even sent me the link to fill out the online application (which is a horrible antiquated manual system - nothing compared to anyone else) only to finally receive the 3rd call from a Loan Officer finally who actually confirmed that their fast close service is not available in the Bay Area. A complete waste of time. Clearly their reps and SDRs only care about filling the Loan Officers' calendars without actually taking in the right information. read more
