If you want someone who is aggressive, pushy, and completely uninterested in your financial well-being, Arin is your guy. He pulled me in with misleading rate information, pushed hard to get me to lock the rate, then disappeared the moment I locked the rate. After the lock, he stopped answering calls, ignored emails, and was unreachable even on closing day. On top of that, be prepared for hidden fees and costs that were never clearly disclosed. He even asked me to sign documents while telling me to ignore incorrect information inside them. The whole process felt sloppy and careless, and it created unnecessary stress. This has been the worst mortgage experience I've had across multiple home purchases. His mortgage product options were extremely limited, the service was unprofessional, and the entire experience was a mess. I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid Arin and work with a larger, more reputable lender. I even cut ties with the person who recommended him because the service was that bad.
