They were extremely friendly and seemed professional. I talked to my agent openly about what I needed to get out of my property and we had numerous conversations about what costs would come out at closing. Several of these conversations were during the time of negotiations with a potential buyer. I even requested a copy of the closing documents ahead of time so that I could review them and be prepared. They were sent to me. All seemed fine and exactly how my agent and I had discussed. At closing the documents presented to me to sign were NOT the same as the ones they sent me to preview! There was an additional 2%charge to me that was never discussed or even mentioned. Needless to say I was not happy! The charge was listed as a possibility in the contract between me and the realty company but was never mentioned anytime during our conversations, nor was it listed on closing documents that were sent to me before closing, it only showed up during our scheduled closing meeting. It was a 2% charge on top of their 8% commission so for me that was a significant amount which caused me to fall short of what I needed to get out of the property. So I caution anyone considering using them. If you think they are working for you, they are NOT! My experience with this realtor ended on a very sour note, Underhanded and Unprofessional! I would never recommend them to anyone.

As a matter of fact, we were not even in New Hampshire but inquiring about a listed property from 2700 miles away. Some people could just take our call with a grain of salt or ignore it as "sure, out west" but not Linda. From the first moment we spoke to her she gave us professional courtesy, answered our questions, and offered her research. We really liked this particular house and flew out to New England the next day to take a look. Once again, Linda was professional and prompt, arranging the showing and working with us as a trusted advisor when we wrote the offer the same afternoon. By 6pm she called us and said the sellers had accepted - an absolute successful conclusion thanks to her guidance and knowledge of the local market. After we flew back she continued to shepherd the process on our behalf, was present for inspections, coordinated with title, provided timely email communications, and took us to the finish line. Sure some agents can help you buy a house, but Linda Hitchcock went the extra mile and made it happen like a seasoned real estate athlete. We highly recommend her services and are extremely satisfied with our experience with her, especially as out of state buyers who needed someone local as our proxy. This is the kind of experience where people like her prove their value to both customers and the company she works for. Five stars!

I must have sent her like a million emails and she handled everything like a champ, even doing a Skype showing of one property beforehand since we would not have been able to fit it into our schedule. She was super knowledgeable about the area and provided very fair, unbiased advice about each property. I felt like I had someone on my side, not someone just trying to close the deal at any cost (like I have felt with some realtors in the past). We ended up choosing a property in VT which was unfortunately outside of her range, but again Kim was supportive and wanted us to be happy and find the right home for us. If you're looking for a realtor in SE NH, don't think twice about choosing Kim. The landlord my roommates and I rented through was one of the most unprofessional people I have…read moreever dealt with. He was reluctant to provide the services in which he was responsible for. The house was in very low quality move in condition with little to know cleaning done prior to new tenants. In the 2 years we rented with him we had 5 guys in the house (which was against the rules) and still had the rent increase. On several occasions he made claims of not receiving our rent checks even after cashing them! The contractors that were hired did not finish their jobs, and if they did the repair would only last for a couple months. Throughout renting our landlord would tell us how much he appreciated us and respected us only to turn to our parents and say the complete opposite, never addressing problems with us. Finally comes his fabricating of truth on the security deposit. Claims were made of us intentionally damaging property that had been either damaged or in very poor condition upon our move in. He has attempted to charge us more than our rent without evidence of damage and itemized quote from contractor. His intentions were to pay to repair his house with our money. If you are in the area and interested in renting with this company steer clear of Ed!

I was in the wedding party for an event Laura shot and I was BLOWN AWAY. She and her…read moreassistant/husband were incredible. Just totally professional, friendly, made all of us feel totally at ease during the rehearsal dinner, on the day of the wedding, at the ceremony, in the staged wedding party/family photos and at the reception. The staging she arranged was clever and fun and worked beautifully with the space. It was a long and pretty tiring day for them I'm sure, but they were upbeat and awesome the whole time. It wasn't even my wedding and I liked them both so much I knew they'd earned a 5-star Yelp review. But then I saw the photos! OMG! They're so incredible! Somehow we all look like ourselves but also the very best versions of ourselves and the spirit of the celebration is alive in each pic. Laura doesn't watermark her prints which is also really cool of her - and she started posting pics online the very next day! The whole album was up in less than 2 weeks and she gave out little cards with info about how to find the pics on her website toward the end of the reception. I found some lovely ones of my friends, myself and the bride that I will buy and frame. I wish she lived closer, I'd ask her to take all of my family photos going forward. Talented, personable, just an all-around perfect person to capture a wedding on film.

After Laura shot our VT winter wedding in 2014 we declared her our "Family Photographer." We didn't…read moreknow it then, but we weren't kidding!! In 2015 she took family photos for us on the RI beach side and in our home when our first daughter was about 6 months. Most recently my mother in law gave us a gift certificate with Laura to shoot our still growing family in September as we had another daughter who was soon to be 1 and we had yet to capture our family of four on camera. As you might imagine capturing a 1 year old and a 2 year old in the same photo lens is quite a challenge...they don't sit still long! Or look at the camera! Needless to say Laura was wonderful with the girls and we were able to stretch our time and get some absolutely amazing photos! Laura had our photos online within a few days and she was able to make some recommendations for our wood print. Patient, kind and professional. From the wedding dance floor to family portraits and baby shots Laura has and will continue to capture some beautiful moments for us and we will cherish them forever.
