We've done outdoor photos before, so I wanted non-festive studio photos. My studio session included me, my husband, and...my two-year-old son. He can be unpredictable. He can be a really ON or really OFF. I'd spoken to him all week about photos and he practiced smiling and posing. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Wellllll, picture day was his OFF day. He decided to be a real two-year-old. He was A LOT! Our photographer, Chung, had the patience of a saint. I didn't think we'd get any good photos! Our session was about 40 minutes or so and Chung tried his best to get many photos. True to his word, the gallery was available to me by 8am the following day. WOW! When he said the gallery would be available the next day, I was thinking wayyyyy at the end of the day. Nope! My gallery was available a little after 8. Nice! I had a great experience with Chung and Beauty and the Cutie. I think you will, too!

Brenda is BY FAR the best family photographer!…read more Her energy and enthusiasm is extremely comforting, especially when trying to wrangle kids under the age of 5. During our photo session, my wife and I were worried about our youngest son and whether or not he'd listen to us during the photo session. Our hopes were to get ONE photo of all of us together that we could print in our home. To our surprise, Brenda was able to capture over 50 AMAZING photos of all of us. We were completely shocked at how she was able to capture our children's personalities so effortlessly and with such patience and understanding. We started our journey together over a year and a half ago with a maternity photoshoot, which was not only was a lot of fun but she she takes the most flattering pictures!! Which I'm sure other mother to be's can appreciate! No one is feeling glamorous at 36 weeks pregnant, ha! However each and every picture was perfection. Not to mention her editing skills are incredible. Fast forward, we had 4 additional sessions with our son, where she was able to capture his little / big personality. Paws and Play Studio captures still moments of my dogs that says everything about them!…read more I had two dogs to join Andrea and her assistant for two separate photo shoots since I wanted two separate locations. What's pawsitively pawesome +'s: + Skill. I have a one year old pup and a senior dog. She commanded their attention in both still and active shots. They responded to her very well. The 1-1/2 year old is especially easily distracted but Andrea managed to have my pup's attention in all our action shots. + Memorable moments. The pictures are priceless--I wanted them all. Even my friends who know my two dogs very well were impressed and said the essence of my dogs were captured in the photos. + Timely. Andrea and her assistant showed up on time and made time for the right shot. Andrea didn't mind getting down on the ground to get a dog eyes' view! And during the pandemic, she and her assistant wore masks. + Action shots. I was worried that my younger dog would run off and not pay attention. My worries were unfounded as I saw my dog run to her over and over again. Not once did my dog run off to chase a bird or sniff something on the grounds. Every single time she ran to Andrea to give her the perfect action shot! + No pressure. During our viewing session, Andrea patiently allowed me to view the proofs and select my favorites. Not once did she try to push any of the images or packages onto me. We also scheduled a follow up call to allow me to narrow my final options. + Dogs don't lie. Both of my dogs responded favorably to her. In fact my younger pup tried to follow her home. That tells me everything. I had a very positive experience with Paws and Play Studio from our initial consultation to our end product. Everything was delivered as expected with no surprises. Andrea did not disappoint. We won…read morethe first session through a fundraiser with Copper's Dream Rescue where our handsome pup Kuma got photographed for their 2021 calendar. Andrea immediately made us all feel at ease and Kuma fell in love with her and her treats. We left our shoot feeling like we'd made a new friend! When we met with Andrea to view the photos she took, I immediately started tearing up watching the slideshow. At the time, our pup Kuma had been on steroids and various other medications for many months and hadn't been his true, energetic self. Seeing him running and smiling in the photos made my heart swell and eyes fill with happy tears. We were so pleased with our time with Andrea that we booked a second session so we could include our other pup, Cali (she had been at puppy training for the first photo shoot). Our second photo shoot was just as much fun as the first - we wanted Andrea to capture some family portraits of us as well as candid shots of both Kuma and Cali.
