Help planning your routes if you need that. Website shows construction areas as well. A call at any time really does get your flat fixed or your battery jumped, all by a trained and polite man (its always been men for me anyway), always feeling safe. When you call, its the first thing you are asked "are you safe" by the operator. Various discounts here and there with your AAA card. Then I walked in here. This location is located on Amelia Drive, near two different Strip centers - theres a Marshalls, Premier Liquors, Home Goods, Target, Kohls, Childrens Place, Justice for Girls, Oreck and more. AAA is on a corner here and has easy parking. It looks small from the front, but when you go in you see how large it is. Its pretty long. At this location the FIRST thing you see is a cash register. A large one. Unusual from my experiences in other AAA's. I was there to return some books we had not used. She was pretty snarky about it. I was surprised. Usually they are super nice and pleasant when we return maps or books. The place was busy, all the travel agents were working with people and there were a few people in the waiting area too. Im always glad to see that type of thing. But Ill avoid this location in the future. I want polite and pleasant help in a place like this. Sorry for the 2 stars AAA. Perhaps you can discuss "customer experience" with your public facing staff. **This rating is not about the AAA in general. For a small fee you get terrific coverage. If you drive alot AAA or a service like it can be worth every penny. Worth the investment. This rating is about this location, and the customer service I felt when there a few days ago.
