While other medical offices were sending callers to voicemail (or not even having voicemail in the first place), doctor Sullivan answered the phone directly. At first I didn't realize that I had reached the doctor, but she was so well-spoken & knowledgable that it quickly became apparent. Dr. Sullivan spent significant time with me during this unscheduled call. She was very informative, compassionate, and concerned about the best interests of my family. I only go now for yearly physicals because my experiences now aren't the best. Just recently, I went for a routine appointment. The lack of communication due to language barrier between patient/staff is frustrating. The hygiene practices by staff are shocking. The medical assistant did not put gloves on the draw blood, which I had to ask her to put on. I had a follow up telehealth which I did not receive a link for, now have to pay a late fee of $60 in order to reschedule my appointment. Just a few situations I've recently run into. Would 100% not recommend.
