While other medical offices were sending callers to voicemail (or not even having voicemail in the first place), doctor Sullivan answered the phone directly. At first I didn't realize that I had reached the doctor, but she was so well-spoken & knowledgable that it quickly became apparent. Dr. Sullivan spent significant time with me during this unscheduled call. She was very informative, compassionate, and concerned about the best interests of my family. I was very impressed...and I am not easily impressed.

I only go now for yearly physicals because my experiences now aren't the best. Just recently, I went for a routine appointment. The lack of communication due to language barrier between patient/staff is frustrating. The hygiene practices by staff are shocking. The medical assistant did not put gloves on the draw blood, which I had to ask her to put on. I had a follow up telehealth which I did not receive a link for, now have to pay a late fee of $60 in order to reschedule my appointment. Just a few situations I've recently run into. Would 100% not recommend.

When I didn't pick up my prescription in time, they refused to resend it, to get another sweet sweet visit they can bill to my insurance. I asked them to confirm how much it would cost before my next appointment (it was always different) and they could not give me an answer. It's a shame because Doctor Gross is genuinely a competent doctor, just has poor policies.
