Due to a change in my prior dentist's insurance acceptance, I recently changed to Dr Novak right here in Denton. It's a smaller general/family practice and I am impressed with the friendliness of all the staff as well as the high quality care provided. They are good at getting scheduled and working with insurance. Excellent care and modern technology is routinely used for treatment. New to town and needed to find a dentist - SO glad to have found Dr. Novak. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was very kind, professional, and efficient. Eliza took my xrays and was so gentle and thorough. Whitney was my hygienist and she put me at ease, explaining everything and,again, being very thorough and careful. Dr. Novak is fabulous, he has such a great manner and his commitment to giin the best patient care is apparent. April at the front desk was so friendly, she made insurance and scheduling my next appt a breeze. There's such a cheerful vibe at this practice, and I appreciate that.
