I got tired of the drive so on my mom's recommendation I saw Dr Lucus. Unlike every single dentist prior, Dr Lucus didn't make a big issue about all of my problems or make me feel bad about it. On my first appointment, he fixed my front tooth that was chipped, which evened out & significantly improved my smile line! I have been wanting to get my smile line capped, but the prices I had been quoted from previous dentists was ridiculous- $10k+! Even without my insurance, the price I'm paying with Dr Lucus is thousands less. Additionally, within my smile line I have a dental implant. Dr Lucus has gone above and beyond to make sure he has the proper tools to handle my implant. I have found most dentists to be highly money motivated, & aggressive with treatments due to the financial benefit not patient care but Dr Lucus is not. He won't push you for procedures you don't need. You can talk to him & he will actual listen! You can ask questions and participate in your dental care. He is incredibly accommodating. We worked together on my treatment plan. If you want a dentist that cares about you as a person and a patient, I highly recommend Dr Lucus!

Dr. Todd could have just glued the crown back on but took the time to do x-rays and saw that there was decay underneath it that I'll need to take care of. The temporary fix will get me back home with a glued on crown so I can take care of it with my regular dentist. 5 stars for Dr Todd and her staff!

Not sure she was at all confident in her position there, as she seemed a bit hesitant to get things going, more friendly chit chat. Time for scan of my mouth, and she couldn't get it to work. She tried over and over with no avail and was super apologetic, but obviously she had no idea what she was doing with the scanner, she just knew to stand me in front of it and push a button. She was almost in panic mode when someone walked by and she said she needed help. Their response was, "Oh, it's broken, they are supposed to fix it soon." So back to the chair we went where she fiddled with my mouth. After a bit she went and checked and they said the scanner was fixed, so I went and had that done. Eventually this female dentist came in and looked in my mouth, she never so much as touched me and then looked at the scan and other info they had on me and she said there wasn't anything she could do for me, that I should go get my teeth extracted and come back and she'd give me dentures! WTH? She told me to make an appointment with an oral surgeon now because it takes a long time to get an appointment. She got up and left. She wasn't with me for more than 5 minutes! She never discussed any concerns I had, she just left me hanging. Who ever said I wanted my teeth pulled and not repaired? Who said I would want dentures? Other options? I thought she must be having a really bad day! This cost me $350! I left there thinking what the hell just happened? Believe me when I say I was sure I would NEVER be returning to that office! I had just been robbed for $350! Incompetent, but lovely assistant, broken down equipment and the WORST exam I've ever had! Is this is so unacceptable! I'm giving this office a -10! Kyle, the youngest, after 2.5 years, and not getting my son's teeth straight, shaved them down (literally filed my son's teeth down). Until this incident, I didn't even know this was a possibility. How awful, I spent THOUSANDS of dollars to not have his teeth/bite fully corrected & to get them shaved down. My 2 son's had fabulous service but my 3rd son's teeth got shaved down because the orthodontist practice was now taken over by Mark Higgenbotto's kids. Before he shaved/filed his teeth I was not told 1)which teeth would be filed 2) how much would be filed from those teeth 3) if we filed them, when the braces would come off 4) if we didn't file them how much longer the braces would stay on After we paid thousands and signed a contract, no one ever told me that NOT straightening my child's teeth was an option or I would have found another orthodontist. My 4th child will never go to this office & I can no longer suggest anyone else go either. Stay away, from one mom to another find another orthodontist! These people should be ashamed of themselves! Now this is my opinion & I have nothing to back it up however what I think happened is that they know (have calculated) the approximate time of each teen in braces and if your child's teeth don't move quite enough in that time frame maybe it starts eating into their profit margin & they want to get you out of there.....Just a guess.
