We just recently bought a home in corona. Teddy came over with Matthew to take a look at our sink and stove. It appears when they did the remodel things weren't connected properly which after Teddy thoroughly explained to me what was happening and did it in a way that made complete sense. I have lived in Ontario for many years, and (until recently) had never tried McLeod Plumbing (for routine drain service, or whatever); however, the "Pro's" I had utilized in the past come nowhere even CLOSE to the prompt & excellent service provided by PETER ORTIZ -- of McLeod Plumbing in replacing our Garbage Disposal! What set Peter apart from previous technicians we have had in the past was the transparency with which he explained our options (saving a little money by purchasing the part ourselves, etc.), and their ramifications (slightly different part, WITHOUT extended coverage) -- which allowed for me to make the best decision. Peter also took the time to explain various maintenance strategies -- such as periodically using White Vinegar as a "natural" flushing / cleaning agent (i.e. non-chemical / more environmentally & HARDWARE Friendly :-). All-in-All -- I was absolutely 120% satisfied with McLeod Plumbing's service (especially as provided by Peter Ortiz); and would whole-heartedly recommend them to Anyone interested in Top Rate, Trustworthy, and Affordable service. This review is for the first service provided on 2/5/26 by Scott McLeod Plumbing. D.L.Nittler Construction had a longtime underground water leak for months. We thought it was the Backflow device leaking under the concrete pad. However when Erik arrived at 9am on a Saturday, he evaluated the problem, and zoned in on the main water line coming in from the street. He was very patient explaining how the 1 inch main line may run along side the 6 inch line, and why he thought it was the main line and not the backflow with the leak. He suggested exploratory dig in the asphalt instead of tearing up the concrete pad. He discussed the fix, and how it may proceed, depending on what they found. In addition, he did a great job of explaining the options and price points. Well, what we thought would be a 3 day job was FIXED IN ONE DAY! However, before covering it up, they did need to wait 48 hrs to make sure the fix didn't leak. Also, the dirt was so wet underneath, he had to wait an additional day to let the mud dry out. He came back that Saturday to check how dry the dirt was and to apply the cold patch for the asphalt. Through all of this Erik was patient, professional and exemplary in his craft. Scott McLeod Plumbing is a reliable and trustworthy partner for all your plumbing needs! Their motto of "Five Star Service Every Time" is spot on! Yelp is not letting me write a separate review so I am adding the second review here. This is a second review for service date 02/14/26. Erik has come thru BIG today for us!
