Jose offered to come out the same day if it was an emergency. When I explained it wasn't an emergency he gave me times the next day he could come out. I selected a time and he came right when he said he would. Additionally, he arrived on time and prepared with everything needed to check if I had a leak. It was a free visit and I didn't end up having a leak in my home, however I did have water damage coming from an outside sprinkler valve leak. He provided me a quick quote on what it would cost to fix the leaking valve. He also recommended a company to look at my home to see if remediation would be needed for water damage or correction since I had floor damage. We just moved into our new house yesterday and something wasn't working with the gas. So we had no hot water, no heat, no oven or stove and no dryer to use. For reference, yes I transferred it so it wasn't shut off. I called Trinity at 8am to see if they could come take a look. They said they had an appointment between 4-6. So I booked it. Got a call at 11:30 saying they could come sooner in the next hour so I was even more excited. Jose was so nice. He looked at the gas meter and said the earthquake safety had been tripped. It was showing red. He showed me how to turn it back to green and boom, everything was working. I asked how much and he said no cost! He said they have a free evaluation.
