Monday I just walked into Hub Family Dental with no appointment explained to them about my problem and they took me right in.They didn't want me to walk away in pain The ladies went above and beyond to make me comfortable and always asking if I was ok during my whole 1st step of my treatment. Than on top of that later that evening they called to see how I was feeling!!! What I had done was a root canal and I didn't feel anything. Called my insurance and they did not understand why this office was not able to distinguish between the two. When I called dental fields office again they claimed to have already called several times, however I do not believe this to be the case. Very frustrating, canceled my appointment and will find another dentist who can either tell the difference between medical and dental or at least call to get it cleared up.

EVERY staff member was extremely welcoming and personable. My hygienist was super sweet, engaged in fun conversation, and was very gentle with the cleaning (a nice change from my previous dentist office haha). I feel really lucky to have found such an awesome dentist so close to home! Second Street is location in the perfect spot in downtown St. Charles. I have had nothing but pleasant and easy cleanings. When I have needed to get cavities filled the team has ensured I am comfortable and not in pain. They even provide dental cleanings for young kids. I have 2 kids (5 and almost 3) who have gone and the team does really well with them to try and keep them entertained (put on a show while they are cleaning) as well as incentivize them with prizes afterwards.

I went to a amazing oral surgeon to have a bone graft and implant. I had three crowns put in because Family Dental said I needed them or did I. I am now seeing a New dentist. Another crown that Family Dental put in, fell out ! Another crown that was put in was not put in right, the tooth under it is decaying and I will loose it andwill have to have another I implant. I have had to pay over 4 thousand out of pocket to fix what Family Dental has done. I care for my teeth and do not want to loose them but because of Family Dental, that is what is happening. The dental assistant, Jasleen, was extremely rude and rushed through my daughter's cleaning in less than 2 minutes. When the doctor, Dr. Gangaji, came in and pointed out food particles still on her teeth--Jasleen half-heartedly claimed she "tried."It was clear she didn't put in any real effort. If she had, the teeth would have been cleaned properly. My daughter had just come from school, so we hadn't brushed her teeth beforehand, but that shouldn't have excused such a lack of thoroughness and care. Dr. Gangaji didn't remove stain from her teeth, that was the main reason we were there. I had to insist that the stains be removed, and after a second attempt, the teeth looked brighter but still not perfectly clean. It's clear that this dental clinic is not equipped or prepared to handle children's appointments properly. They should not even offer appointments for kids if they can't manage them with the care and attention required. I would not recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality dental care for their child.

I called Dental Pointe and they got me in right away - evaluated my problem - wedged me between other patients (without inconveniencing other patients) - revealed my situation with x-ray photos - showed me their very competitive procedure costs - and asked if I wanted to go for it in about 20 minutes. Of course I did! Dr. Gangaji, the surgeon, did her magic and it was over before I felt any pain (individual differences could vary).
