Moving out took nearly 6 hours and the crew arrived 10 minutes late and didn't account for that on my final bill, they made me very uncomfortable and one kept inappropriately flirting and asked about my relationship status and for my number to "hang out." This made me feel quite uncomfortable and unhappy about my moving experience, especially since I was alone. I felt pressured to give him my number so he would leave me alone and get back to moving my stuff and later he texted, called, and sent pictures of himself to my phone months after my move asking to come over, until I finally blocked him. I left a very detailed email expressing my grievances regarding this poorly done move to Amanda hoping she would understand being a woman herself and for me as a customer who had used them before and always tipped the movers well. This wasn't the case. She never responded to my emails and dodged my phone calls. The moving crew dragged their feet, complained, wasted time, arrived late. Damaged almost all my solid wood furniture, scraped paint off of walls, and did in nearly 6 hours what 2 very excellent movers had done in 3 hours only one year prior. I paid more than twice as much for this move as I did an almost identical move from one year before with one less man than I had in this crew. I also feel these men were not respectful of my time which = a lot of money. If you use this company, be careful. I would advise not being alone while they move you like I was. Look elsewhere. They got almost our entire 3 bedroom house in one load - I was shocked! Fast and efficient, which was impressive in this current heat.
