We attempted to order at the counter and were promptly ignored. Granted, there was a lengthy drive thru line but we didn't get as much of a "hello". About 10 minutes in someone halfheartedly advised she'd get our orders in soon and again disappeared. Becoming frustrated, we attempted to order on the mobile app in lieu of the counter. The app also crashed and did not allow us to order breakfast as it was then past 10:30, with of course wasn't the case when we arrived. Ultimately, we cut bait and abandoned the place having never been helped. The place was busy, but they were well staffed. However the staff all appeared to be moving around a lot, but not actually doing anything. Everyone working there had an appearance of general malaise and unhappiness that clearly translated into atrocious customer service. So I'm sum, this place would have gotten 5 stars Sunday night, and 0 stars on Monday morning, netting them a 2 overall. It's worth skipping this one.
